Id rather go to a coin laundry and sit and wait for my laundry to finish than be treated like I wasn't worth their time.

The washers range from $3.50 to 9 for the biggest washers. The washing machine cycle runs 29 minutes. If you opt for a heavy wash, there's an additional charge of $0.50. Dryers are $1 for 40 minutes. Our clothes came out looking clean. The dryer dried out clothes for $1 each load. The space itself was spacious, well lit, and clean.

They have huge dryers that heat like they're supposed to and there's never been a time that they weren't all in full operation. For this reason, it only takes us one hour (after dividing everything up into three large dryers, including our bedding) to finish all of our loads. I always recommend taking your hangers, as their rolling baskets have metal poles and it just makes it easy to store everything when you get back home; not to mention your clothes remain wrinkle-free! What I like most is that the attendants are nice and they keep the place serviced and clean, including the bathroom. They empty the trash bins and pick up the dryer sheets that some customers are so careless in not picking up when they remove their clothes from the dryers. It is a huge liability to step on one and fall; so, I suppose that might be the major reason why they're on it (Idk). What I like least is the parking situation. There aren't a whole lot of spaces upfront or out back on this highly trafficked corner of Commercial Boulevard and Dixie Hwy. If there was a way to expand the lot, they would have even more customers. I was finally able to purchase a brand new dryer, but as convenient as it is to throw a load at night and go to sleep, for instance, it's also inconvenient to dry one load at a time. I can get more loads dried in less time here and I will still come and do my comforters, rugs, sneakers, etc.

Anyway, let's get back to things this laundromat has to offer...there are a few large screen tvs but not enough seating. Three dispensing machines for drinks, snacks, and detergent/softener. The change machine is on the wall and for your convenience, you can download an app on your phone to load money to pay. They also provide a wash & fold service. The laundromat is open 24/7 so it will be very convenient to get your laundry done at anytime.

If I have visitors stay at my place when I'm not there, I tell them to take everything (towels/sheets etc.) and drop it off there when they leave. I went to this laundromat and put them in the dryer and the owner came up to me and said what are you doing, I said well I'm drying these mats and he said "no, if you don't wash them here you can't dry them here." I took them out and went back to my car and then I thought I'll just rewash them, so I walked in the store and I told the owner that I would just rewash them here and he said, no, you can't do that." Customer Service is truly a thing of the past.

What had happened was, my partner and I fell in love with an Airbnb location that did not provide a…read morewasher and dryer. So, threw a Yelp search. I found Oasis Laundry. It's a bit inconspicuous because there is no branding on the outside, it just says Laundromat. But I did see a van that said Oasis Laundry in the parking lot so I assumed this was the place. I was glad when I walked in to feel that it was cooler than the outside. It's a hot day. So they do have AC inside, but as you imagine for a laundromat, it is a lit a bit humid inside as well. One thing you'll notice right away is they have several washers of various sizes. You could get a large washer medium, or small. They all cost various amounts with these smalls being $4.50, the medium $6.50 and the largest approximately $8.50. I used the small washing machines because I did not have a lot to wash but I needed to distribute amongst three loads. Which ran 23 minutes. What's cool is you can pay via app. They have a QR code that you can scan to download the Huebsch app. From there, you can load money onto the app to pay for your clothes. I was a bit confused about where to put the laundry detergent since I had pods versus liquid or powder. The attendant was very helpful. She came over and showed me what to do and also in what order. I really appreciated that! Not bad!

Comes to my attention that my tenants dont like coming here due to the manager being extremely rude…read moreand saying things like getting a young man and woman fired after yelling and harassing them and seeing those videos is appalling to say the least the fact they dont want to come over there has now forced me to add washer to my buildings if this is how you do business id never want anyone coming there especially if people can pull out guns and run like there about to shoot the store and kids having to see your workers personal home made videos through the front windows of all places which is the first thing you see is disgusting. Hope you guys learn how a business works cuz wow I have no idea how u guys are still operational after seeing months of video footage. Does the owner even care about his store cuz he's probably laundering money the way I pass and never see anyone in there.
