We also noticed the normal ants during spring/summer and spiders throughout the year. This year, we called professional exterminating and they came out the next week. Joel was our technician, he was very knowledgeable, personable, listened to our areas of concerns, answered all our questions and explained every step of the process before starting. The initial visit, the inside and outside of the home were sprayed. We recently had a period of a lot of rain and noticed the wasps coming back on the sides of the gutters and shed, I called and two days later Joel came back to spray the entire perimeter and shed at no cost to us. Not only did he come back almost immediately after the call was placed, but was prompt both times, even a few minutes early! We were given a 30 minute window so we didn't have to wait around all day either which is rare these days. I would 100% recommend professional exterminating. Almost half our Newtown home was destroyed and/or damaged. As soon as it happened, I knew exactly who to call. Newtown Arbor Services (NAS) had done work for us several years ago, removing several very huge trees. They have the massive equipment, and the know-how to do great work in a expeditious way. NAS showed up almost immediately, and worked to button-up the house against deluging rain, before they were even ready to remove the trees. After the storms abated, they showed up with a large crew and all sorts of equipment. They deftly maneuvered their equipment in and removed the trees. They then again tarped the damaged house to make it rain tight. NAS were the only people that came to rescue us in our time on need. No one else had any sense of urgency. They did a great job. We cannot recommend them enough.
