First, person that was switching our spa cover around, had to borrow tools from my husband and was asking for help. Second, my husband noticed some nails were missing on side of spa, but thought none of it, when the job was finished. When we confronted worldspas of Ocala for the third time and asked about repair we were given some lame excuse about storm damage. My husband secured cover so could not be lifted in hurricane, so that theory goes in drain. We've contacted them three times for issue and they never bothered to call back or respond by email. If the job was done right the first time we would not have issue now. My husband did not have confidence in them from the start and he was right. With in a few minutes we got a response back with a diagnosis of what it was and how they could treat it and a service date to come out and price. We had metal rust stains along with black algae, we tried to clear the pool on our own using many different treatments and the problem just got worse.
