My primary concern was the apparent lack of responsiveness when family members actively advocated for their loved one. Whether intentional or not, I often felt that reasonable questions were viewed as challenges rather than opportunities for collaboration. Effective communication between staff and families is essential, especially when caring for vulnerable patients recovering from serious health events. I also had concerns about the availability of medical oversight and the overall management of patient care. He builds a rapport with his patients. He speaks calmly and respectfully. He explains everything in detail without overwhelming you.
