Usually, they would have minor mistakes that would need a small amount of correcting. This last accounting season was an all-time level of incompetence. My expected return was off by thousands of dollars because the accountant didn't even bother speaking with me before creating my tax documents. They rush everything in order to "save" time. In the end you'll have to call/email them multiple times to correct their carelessness. If you want an accounting firm that won't do due diligence and will proactively screw up your returns time and time again then this is the place for you. BEWARE of this accounting firm at all costs.

CROOKS! I was a…read moreclient of theirs from 2003 until 2012. Apparently two bills remained unpaid ($300 and $400). Other than a brief mentioning to pay these bills in an email in 2013 that discussed a separate subject matter altogether, no formal attempt to seek payment for these outstanding balances was ever made in the 7 years since. Instead, 7 years later they went directly to a collections company who prematurely reported thus to the credit bureaus ahead of the pay by deadline specified on their letter which severely hurt my credit score. They lied that it would all be reversed (I have everything in writing). Will be taking them and their crook collections company to court if I don't hear back from them over these felonies ASAP! Crooks who don't care about their clients one bit and most likely going out of business if this is how they seek to collect aging debt... its called mail out a letter so your client knows they owe you, or send a formal email asking to collect payment for a debt - NOT screw your client's credit 7 years after the fact after doing a terrible job not even trying to collect a debt.
