This is our second year filing with them and our first time dealing with the other Mike. My first…read moreimpression was he is obnoxious, condescending and a know it all. He spends all his time lecturing instead of explaining anything about your actual tax return. Furthermore, we were told it was one price for our taxes but then later found out we had to pay more since he changed the way of the filing. I didn't mind the extra but I was upset that he never mentioned it would be more I just would have like to know that. Avoid this place he is extremely unprofessional and has no people skills. I have never been treated so disrespectfully for just asking for clarification on his fees. His explanation for his rudeness was he had a long day. We all have long days dont take it out on your clients. Not to mention he is way overpriced in general and for the horrible service not worth it. The women in the office were nice though.
