I've had pants hemmed many times for hubby and they are always perfect. On occassion I've needed clothes in a hurry and they have mostly been accommodating. She explained that her dryer suddenly broke. They said they don't care. Mind you the place was not busy. There were plenty of empty washers and dryers available. Who would do that to an old lady?
