I am so happy about this bag that I will bring all my bags there for now on! Amazing transformation! The other bag, a YSL is still out because they took the time to ask me to sign a consent, just in case something goes wrong. After I took it out of the plastic and showed the owners (man and woman) they both started yelling at me and told me that I was a horrible person and it was as my fault. Especially as a woman being screamed at by a man, I felt very threatened. I had my phone in my hand ready to call the police because I was not sure what these people were capable of.
