Do you have a choice of Monday or Thursdays. you get a text when they are on the way to pick up your laundry and you get a text when they're on the way to drop off your laundry. Took me one visit to know this is the best laundromat in the Babylon/N Babylon/Lindenhurst area. Laundromat near my home closed down, the next nearest one I couldn't stand. DO NOT USE " Bleached Darks, Acknowledged Mistake, Took no Action to Replace or Refund Ruined Items" I Have been using for over ten years. I pre-separated my whites and darks, business and personal items, and asked for whites bleached. Everything was mixed and my darks got bleached and whites were dark or pink from Genie. I brought back and owners first response was "well do you have receipts for everything? " Not could you print up value etc. It was not asked to compensate, but immediately deflect. I was kinda shocked. Acknowledged they bleached my darks, but did not want to take ownership for loss. My main concern was black expensive concert shirt bought at the garden that was ruined. That alone was $45 at MSG and also sentimental. Also ruined was VS pajama bottoms tinted pink ( with a new small tear as well) est: at least $30. 3 pairs of colored underwear est: $5 a piece. 3 pairs of socks and 2 white t-shirts est: $20. Never-mind other whites, my business sheets that had a very light grey tinge but chalked up as still usable. Definitely not white anymore and so forth. I was trying to be nice, did not want Genie getting in trouble. After much reluctance from the owner, and a tense but mostly civil discussion, I was asked what thought value was and told best he could do was credit in that amount of $100. I said I did not feel comfortable about it, because I don't feel I want to use them anymore. I was given no other option. After some cooling off and talking to other people. Everyone was right, I should have been offered for my things of concern to be replaced and that he should have business insurance. Still looking out for others, wanted to talk to genie and let her know I was not happy with his solution and hoping maybe she had one. She got defensive said she keeps a logbook of all her clothing receipts, and said my stuff was depreciated blah blah blah. I am beside myself. If you make the mistake of putting bleach in someones darks, own it and fix it period. Mind you I have spent thousands of dollars there over ten years. If someone is considering your job, don't throw them under the bus.I am now going to pursue this legally. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. DO YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO won't OWN THEIR MISTAKES? AND WORST OF ALL BLAME YOU. I'm pretty sure he/ they will try to find a way to make this my fault again, don't believe it. read more

They text you to let you know when your laundry is going in, the amount of your bill and they text you when they are ready to drop your laundry off. Very friendly and professional. Mask Issue. A customer wasn't wearing a mask. She said she didn't need to if more than 6 feet apart. A second customer also not wearing a mask. I told the owner and he would not say anything to them. He said they are regular customers ( I am relatively a new customer). He said Ok if they are more than 6 feet apart. Also had a sign in the store saying this. This is a violation of NY State law. read more

This place really is the best around! We drop off about once/twice a month and clothes are done very quickly (within a day)! Amy is great and so personable when we stay to do our own clothes. All equipment is up and working and so clean. One day another attendant helped me out to my car when I had two baskets, really such great service. read more

Wow! What a very clean laundromat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices aren't outrageous. The machines work fast and you can fit a lot of clothes inside them. Plenty of carts and space to fold your clothes. Will definitely be back! read more
