At first, they were great…read more Then after two years and a teacher change, our son started to not like going there and would give us a hard time in the morning. They had us take him to another school for an evaluation because of course they thought something was wrong with him but he scored great on there evaluation. The school hinted that it might be the daycare that's the problem. I brought some concerns up to them and tried to advocate for our son. But me being a male they automatically thought that I was being aggressive and mean. Mind you, I've never raised my voice to them and communicated mostly through email. In my emails I would ask a lot of questions and they told my wife that I made them seem like they were terrible people by asking questions. As time went on, they started writing these incident reports of our child when he would become upset. It was obvious that they were trying to force us out because these incident reports were three times a week. Needless to say, we ended up going to another daycare and our son's mood chains almost immediately. He was happy to go to daycare again and never had an incident for the next 2 years. We later found out that they were the same way to other families trying to push them out when their kids weren't perfect. Then if the parents try to advocate for them they would automatically call them aggressive and make it seem as they were the problem. This daycare cannot take constructive criticism at all. They want to believe that they do everything right and don't need to improve anything about their staff.

Until I started having to leave or miss work more than I needed too. Her first day after dropping her off and then driving 20 minutes to work, I got a phone call asking me to bring more bottles because they weren't able to use a bottle more than once. I've never had that issue with my sons daycare, they would just rinse it or wash it whatever they had to do. So I had to leave work go to Wal-Mart to purchase bottles and then drive 20 minutes to drop them off and then drive another 20 minutes back to work. That was only one instance. I got called to pick my daughter up a handful of times because she had a runny nose. A runny nose. Kids get runny noses, especially when the seasons change. There was a couple instances where I'd get notified an hour before I had to be at work that they weren't opening. One time I was notified while on the way to the facility that there would be a delay in opening because the roads were closed and there was no way to the parking lot. I got to the parking lot just fine along with another parent and her child. We called the director Tia to let her know and she pretty much argued that there was no way we were there because there wasn't a way in. The place is a joke. If your looking unreliable & unfit then this is the place. If you want your child taken care of while you're at work, or reliable childcare in general look elsewhere.

There is no way to tell which classes will be heated ahead of time and there is no way to email the center to ask questions about the classes because the online "contact us" form on the website is designed so you can't read what you are writing. The people at the desk don't know anything about the classes. The new online calendar is difficult to even find classes and there is no longer a printable class schedule. Not so zen lately. Hope it gets better!

So far, in the three weeks my daughter has been their she wants to go to school every morning and she comes home happy. Her teacher even sent me a few photos in her first few days to help me transition from worried mom to know my daughter is in capable hands. So far im happy. ill have to ask again the names of the other daycare workers that are there in the afternoons for pick up because they are very nice as well. Im glad my daughter is learning and making friends. Im glad they take safety seriously as well as my daughter and i have issues with a stalker. I look forward to the continuation of my daughters care and learning process. I am a certified head teacher and take learning at this age very seriously am im glad Ms. Hailey goes out of her way to make sure i am in the loop. They combine classes, teachers are always taking kids from other classes to run "errands" put the older kids on the buses, if there's too many babies in the infant they take them to the older classes and such, etc. VERY DISORGANIZED. They also do the bare minimum with teaching. My 4 year old is barely taught handwriting or anything important. There "handwriting session" is drop off in the morning trace your name on a yellow lined piece of note pad paper written in half! It's so pathetic how cheap they are. AND YOU WILL DEFINITELY want to know this... I signed up for full day care 7-5:30 because they were ALWAYS complaining if I was 15-20 minutes off schedule (doesn't matter about traffic, the fact that I'm a single parent, my schedule varies between school and work) they then told me that there DAILY RATE of $60 only covers 9.5 hours and that for the 10.5 hour day it would be an extra $7 per day per child!!! OUTRAGEOUS. And as the previous rater said, they do make you put 2 weeks down. They also make you do EFT payments, no other options. If you choose to do that with a credit card its a fee. But you also have to have a checking and credit card linked to your account so they have the ability to freely charge whatever they want. They fucked up my account and withdrew $166 extra for four weeks before I logged into my bank account to notice, also note they do not provide statements for you to trace unless specifically asked. I can't suggest enough that you do not bring your child to this very poor excuse for a daycare. They need to be shut down.
