Wow experience, owner Joe was smiling, polite professional and made sure our tree was taken down despite his boom truck could not fit in our back yard. We also added stomp grinding ,and Family Tree accommodated all our requests with a smile, as we called last minute due to the graduation party relocating to our back yard. Top shelf performance. They responded within one day to my request for an estimate. Since I couldn't be home, they conveniently left the written estimate in the mailbox. No kidding--the figure they left was a quarter of the cost estimate provided by three other companies. We watched from windows. They brought impressive equipment--an enormous boom reached to the top of the pine, sawed it into manageable pieces, and brought the chunks gently to the ground. I've never seen it done that way. We had a huge mulberry tree in our back yard that dropped so many berries it made it miserable with bugs, and the smell was awful in the summer. The owner of this establishment is by definition an absolute low life. He got into a disagreement over add ons and ultimately started screaming at her and chasing her through her house! He parked on the other neighbors lawn with out sonmuch as heads up. This guy is a liability and he has explosive anger issues. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else! read more
