After asking this she immediately shut me down and said that it seems like I'm not sure of her skills and that no other stylist could take me either. I watched the time tick down on the screen to 1 min and then to ON DECK. A lady and her kid walked in. They sat them right away, and then my wait went from ON DECK back to just under 30 mins.
