This is probably the worst retail experience I've ever had. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I bought a pair of shoes I went home that night a decided that didn't want it anymore. So not even 24 hours later, I went back. I happen to see the cashier that had sold me the shoe originally. She tells me she can't do a full refund, only exchange because it's worn. I told her "No, it's not worn. I want a refund, not an exchange." So, she flips the shoe over and says, "I would not have sold it to you like this, this is damaged. We can't accept this." Insisting I did not wear the shoe, I kept demanding for a refund. I told her that I don't want an exchange, there's nothing wrong with the shoe. I probably argued with the cashier for 5 minutes. She calls for a her manager on the phone and they say the same thing. The manager never even came out to see the merchandise. Finally I took the shoe back and went some where else, but there was so way I was backing down. I finally came back a asked for a corporate number to file a complaint. Told the operator this exact story. So they sent my complaint to the district manager of this store. A day after, they sent an email, apologizing and told me to come back to the store to the return the shoes to a manager on duty. When I came back to the store, I never even got an apology. Just a pathetic 10% coupon that I denied right away. They wasted my time over a $20 shoe and losing my business completely. I had to come back twice on different days, wasting my gas. Clearly these idiots don't know the difference between a worn shoe and an unworn shoe. There is no way I'm ever coming back, and I urge you to do the same. Went to this location on Friday November 7th with my mom, dad and sister to buy some shoes for my ill mother. The entire time we we're looking at boots (about 30 mins) the 2 employees NEVER asked if we needed help. I had to approach the young lady to ask her questions. Then the gentleme employee approached us NOT to ask if we needed help with anything but to stare at the boxes we had laid on the floor and give us attitude about the mess around us. (Which we were going to clean up) and said "some people just don't care" to the other employee. These employee obviously don't know what their job titles are suppose to be. We won't be going back to this location just because of the customer service. read more

Just like the lady in the other review said. If i could rate this store any lower i would! My family and i just had the worst experience in our lifes with the stupid "manager" this store has. Upon entering we had no greeting. Later while my wife and I were trying shoes out for my daughter this pathetic woman never had the nerve to even ask if we were looking for anything. All she did was walk pass by us and kept staring at us like a damn hawk. And to top it off while we were about to check out 3 pairs of shoes (2 for my daughter and 1 for myself). She accused us of stealing a box of shoes similiar to the ones we were about to buy. Even cops were involved and i had to interrupt my 5 month old baby sleep so that the cops could look throu the carseat. I hope that stupid worker gets fired and to never get a manager position again if shes the actual manager. What a mediocre manager! read more

I had the opposite experience of a lot of other people here. The woman at the counter wouldn't leave me alone. She kept following me around asking if I needed help with the sizes. By the third time I told her no I decided I was done shopping. I just want to shop in peace- I'll ask for help if I need it. read more
