They're periodically short staffed up front, so don't be surprised to see frustrated customers and employees. They have good clearance deals in the back corner. Always greeted with a "Hey, how's it going today?" and it's very easy to get help here if needed. Store has a nice layout and always kept clean. Very easy browsing. They have a nice variety of items here, so I usually find at least one item I'll consider getting. But inventory seems limited here, so if you like something and don't see it again the next time, chances are it's probably gone for good. Inventory for their shoes seem limited too, as I feel availability in size 12's is way too inconsistent among different styles. I've had to purchase shoes elsewhere at times simply because they didn't have the ones I like in my size. Definitely stop in if you're shopping at the mall.

I am not a…read morefrequent customer of theirs, so when I went to the store, I was surprised to find it to be quite good. The shop was spotless and well-organized. The staff was courteous and accommodating. When I mentioned that I was looking for a handbag, she graciously showed me their variety. Everything appears to be really cool and has a fair and acceptable pricing, with some items even being on sale. I was about to pay after selecting a bag when I became intrigued by their watch and footwear selections, both of which are highly recommended. I decided to just pick everything that I like and I also consider choosing those that are on sale. I left the store with three paper bags with me and I am very happy with my purchase. They have a great selection and I will definitely be back!
