I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes for the same ones in a different color and the other employee insisted they didn't have any other colors in my size. I proceeded to pull up the ones I wanted, showing as available on their site and she basically said she didn't care what I saw since she didn't find them. Rachel overheard and jumped in to help, offered to call a different location and then ultimately found the color I wanted in their system that was in fact available and ordered them to get shipped to my house. Considering I know absolutely zero about running shoes, I followed that advice and had a top-notch experience. I was greeted by Kathleen, who is a total gem, and was directed to a bench to place my belongings. I then did a 3D foot scan, followed by a quick walk up and down the store so she could watch my gait. Kathleen brought the tablet over and we looked at the scans. She said a lot of foot terms and I nodded along, fully trusting the process. Shoes were suggested and then taken for a spin around the store. They were all excellent choices, but I had to choose one and went with a pair of Asics. I was so glad I had a shoe guide for the journey. Kathleen was knowledgeable and kind. The store has running accessories, apparel, and even nutrition offerings. I'm not saying I'm a runner, but I would definitely make a return visit for another pair of shoes down the road.

I also felt like she did a really great job of checking to make sure his feet fit. They are a little big, but toddler feet grow so fast that is ok. What knocks it down a star for me is space isn't super accessible. I had my son in a stroller. The store, which is meant for children so you know strollers will be coming and going, doesn't have a ramp. The store clerk also did nothing to help me get in the store. Granted she was helping the only other customer in the store at the time, but I was really struggling getting my stroller over the high lip at the door. Thankfully a passer by helped me out. It baffled me that a store that you would expect stroller traffic to be high at wouldn't be easily accessible. I know the building was probably built before ramps were required, but it would make it much easier getting in and out.

We took her here, and the wonderful sales clerk looked at her feet, sized them, and figured out that she has wide set feet. She brought a few shoes out that she picked based on the fact that she has wide feet and had never really worn shoes before. She brought out soft sole shoes, which she said is good since she wasn't used to wearing them. The looked at my niece when she was explaining how soft soles would be better, and she was excellent at getting my niece engaged and involved and interested. The shoes fit perfectly and went on super easily. My niece fussed quite a bit, but she said it was because she wasn't used to it. She told us to just keep them on and she'll get used to it. We ended up buying two pairs. Within 24 hours, my niece was running all over the house with her brand new shoes! Months later, she has more shoes, and runs all over the place and loves them. Also they are active in local track teams helping supply needed quality gear. We stopped tshopping for our yearly upgrade of our shoes after many miles have worn out last years. The selection was better and they had my size. One thing I didn't like were the prices. For an outlet, the shoes were similar in price to Dicks Sporting Goods. However, I usually bought my running shoes when they were on sale at Dick's. I guess it's all relative. I'm an admitted cheap skate.

Within ten seconds after stepping foot into the store, a woman asked if I was looking for something. Nope. I was a browsing customer. My shoe size is a women's 11. I know that Skechers has shoes in my size. However, this store had maybe five pairs that would fit me. The designs in my size weren't my cup of tea. I am so used to it that it wasn't a traumatic experience, as I wasn't looking to buy a pair. This store was clean and bright. You don't need to wear a mask in this store if you are fully vaccinated. I still wore my mask because I'd rather be safe. Skechers seems to be making Crocs-like shoes. I'm not sure how I feel about this company getting into that market. There is a Crocs store at this outlet. If I were a hardcore Crocs person, I'd likely shop there than at this store for them. There were deals, but probably not at great as during Black Friday or Cyber Monday. If you can find a deal in your size, you're having a great day. This store is okay to get an idea of shoe styles.
