I reached out to customer service numerous times via email before I got a response. They finally responded, acknowledged that they sent me used shoes and said they didn't have a new replacement pair in her size. I have tried to communicate via email about sending them back to get a refund and how to do so. They have chosen to ignore me. Buyer beware with online orders. They send used merchandise and then ignore the customer. This has been going on for months. still no response or way to return and get a refund. I am all about supporting small businesses but this one is a scammer Update: 3/31/26- After posting this review. The business owner Olga reached out to me and personally resolved this matter. She sent me a return label to return the shoes and when she received them back she issued me a refund. Olga was courteous and respectful.

There is a very large group of people standing in the back of me, some of them were seniors. After waiting for more than 15 minutes on line instead there were only two cashiers allowing me to proceed they decided it was time to start folding clothes instead. Really? I then proceeded to say "Excuse me but we are all waiting" and still no acknowledgement. I was about to leave everything and just walk out but she finally called me. And you call this CUSTOMER SERVICE? How Horrible. I informed her that rather than folding clothes, she should attend to the masses first!

The store seemed popular overall. Many customers were in the store when we went there around Sunday noon. Personally I like this store for the intimates section. It's huge and there's plenty to pick from. I normally don't buy regularly priced clothing here, it's a bit expensive. Poor customer service and lack of ability to critical thinking skills…read more I came to the Clifton location (25 minute drive one way) with with a return from an order a different location made. I had a hard copy receipt. The sales clerk and manager said their system could not pull up the receipt or sku number. I advised them the item sku was on the receipt. The manager said they cannot pull up the sku number and can only pull up the bar code number. The manager advised me to contact online customer service and I was turned away. Online customer service pulled up the order number using the order number on the receipt (next to scanning bar) and Sku number. They said it was up to the discretion of the store location to process the return. She could not provide an answer to why the store location did not troubleshoot further and look up the order number in the receipt. I submitted a complaint to upper management regards to the situation and disconnect between store operations and online operations. I then called the manager at the store location to provide additional feedback. It was determined the issue was a lack of knowledge/training that the order number was on the hardcopy receipt. The manager said the only thing they could have done was issue store credit. The customer should not have to jump through hoops to return an item. The store location employees should have used critical thinking skills to solve the issue and provide better customer service. The level that was provided was similar to a low end store. This situation was inconvenient, frustrating, and avoidable.
