Neither entry includes a delivery photo or any verifiable confirmation that the package was delivered to my residence. I also felt like she did a really great job of checking to make sure his feet fit. They are a little big, but toddler feet grow so fast that is ok. What knocks it down a star for me is space isn't super accessible. I had my son in a stroller. The store, which is meant for children so you know strollers will be coming and going, doesn't have a ramp. The store clerk also did nothing to help me get in the store. Granted she was helping the only other customer in the store at the time, but I was really struggling getting my stroller over the high lip at the door. Thankfully a passer by helped me out. It baffled me that a store that you would expect stroller traffic to be high at wouldn't be easily accessible. My niece always fussed whenever my sister or her dad put shoes on. She never really wore shoes before, so we figured that was it. We took her here, and the wonderful sales clerk looked at her feet, sized them, and figured out that she has wide set feet. She brought a few shoes out that she picked based on the fact that she has wide feet and had never really worn shoes before. She brought out soft sole shoes, which she said is good since she wasn't used to wearing them. The looked at my niece when she was explaining how soft soles would be better, and she was excellent at getting my niece engaged and involved and interested. The shoes fit perfectly and went on super easily. My niece fussed quite a bit, but she said it was because she wasn't used to it. She told us to just keep them on and she'll get used to it. We ended up buying two pairs. Within 24 hours, my niece was running all over the house with her brand new shoes! Months later, she has more shoes, and runs all over the place and loves them.
