My sister had gotten a pair of shoes as a birthday gift for my daughter and because it was a gift, she received a gift receipt in case they're didn't fit. Well they didn't fit and when I asked in the store for help from the manager to do the exchange, she was super rude and obnoxious to me. Manager argued with me that exchanges were not allowed under the store policy and pointed the sign on the cashier desk. I explained that I had a gift receipt because the manager on duty that day of the purchase made an exception. When the irate mgr saw that she was wrong, she stated that this would be my LAST time to ever do an exchange at this location. When I asked if she could show me the area when I could find different sizes for my daughter to try on, she said NO. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes for my daughter and got the exchange taken care of, but I'm not planning coming back to this store anytime soon.
