I've been disappointed that they didn't have my size. Now that Fleet Feet with their excellent customer service is creating more locations, I doubt I'll ever go into another Foot Locker. Not sure about customer service training because I feel like a bother instead of feeling welcome. If you don't have any other chains but Foot Locker for athletic merchandise I feel sorry for you!

It wasn't until I asked & was like Hey do you not have this color? & it took another minute or two to eventually see if it was in stock, which could have been told to me sooner that it was not. A lot of time spent on $185 sneakers after taxes especially when I walked in & showed 3 people what I wanted. Felt kinda shitty spending that much money after waiting so long and legit sitting around watching other people getting sized and given shoes to leave with nothing lol. They could definitely use more employees AND additional scanners to see what's in stock. I saw a couple of girls sharing a scanner which would make a lot more things more time efficient. I get it they're people too but so am I - and to have me wait around for something that expensive when I was verbal & even told a worker I'm trying to buy & go, not a fan FootLocker not a fan.
