They have a great selection from many of the top brands and designers. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. An ok selection of shoes, but overall this place is just kind of meh. Sign up for their reward program to earn coupons. You can use it at any store- not just this one. The sales associates are kind of slow and don't really greet you or try to help you which is a let down. Almost seems as if you're burdening them by them having to wait on you at the register. The store has a large selection of name brand shoes such as Converse, Vans, Nike Adidas, New Balance, Reebok, Skechers, Asics, Crocs, Carlos, Steve Madden, and many more. The prices range from $25-$70 and the customer service from the employees was adequate. Horrible customer service! Approx. 6:30pm, i was shopping at this location . I approached a clerk at the register and just had a question. She shoooed me away as soon as I came up and told me to go to the next register. I told her I only had a question and she responded with "well how was I supposed to know you had a question?" I told her she didn't even let me approach before sending me away. I told her she had poor customer service skills. She responded with" well you can go! You don't have to shop here!" I'll definitely come back. But I must say.... this singing, tall, freckle-faced girl with dark blonde hair was rude. Pretty & a nice voice but rude First time in this store no one greeted me and no one asked for help....she was the closest to the register and I had to ask her to stop doing absolutely nothing to ring me up. I was trying on size 10 adult Sperrys and I was trying to fit my foot into them when a worker wants to publicly make a fool outta me telling me I should try on from the adult section and that it clearly does not fit me, although I made it clear to her that I have more room to squeeze in the rest of my foot. I understand that she didn't want me to ruin 75$ shoes but if you have a problem you come up to me and let me know not announce it to the whole store, it was quite embarrassing hearing giggles from the side of me. I will not come back to this store unless the staff works on becoming respectful to their customers. I would also like to add that I was not respectfully greeted when I walked in, I was given dirty looks by their employees.
