Just found out this Crocs shoe store existed and its been here forever it seems. The Crocs are floor to ceiling here in every color and style imaginable. Some stores do carry Crocs but not in this capacity. In addition, they carry XL sizes off floor in the back of the store. They also have several display tubs of Jibbitz in all sizes and colors for the Crocs shoes and purses (which are also for sale). Most of the Crocs are $30 - $50. read more

This outlet store is located inside the Sawgrass Mall here in South Florida. To get to the store you park through the Marshalls store entrance which is located next to the food court. Service is not the best you go in the employee near the front doesn't greet you but looks at you with droopy eyes as he is forced to be there, asked another employee where could I find a specific pair of Crocs and it was like I bothered her and obligated her to show me the area where I could find them. they do have a large inventory, and some prices are higher on some items. read more

If Florida had a state shoe it would have to be Crocs. How you rate this store would reflect on how you feel about this often maligned shoe. Tim Gunn once said "it looks like a plastic hoof. How can you take that seriously?" This store is located in Sawgrass Mills Mall, an outlet mall in Sunrise Florida. Their standard sale is buy one get one 25 percent off. They also have buy one get one free clearance. When you visit the store you can fully appreciate the wide variety of colors and styles that Croc come in. They are available in a rainbow of more than 20 colors. Shoes are for men, women, and children. There is the classic Croc shape and more feminine, fashion forward styles. They offer a sneaker and flip flop style and even have a lined one for the winter. Some were tie dyed and some were in a Vera Bradley prints. The store also sells Jibbitz, little decorations that you clip into the holes in the shoes. My daughter loved to decorate her Crocs with them when she was a kid. I wouldn't wear my Crocs out for the day but I do love how they slip on for that quick dog walk or when you have to take out the trash. They are also great for the beach. Love them or hate them they are here to stay. At least you can get them at a discount here. read more

This outlet store is located inside the sawgrass mall here in South Florida. To get to the store or you can just park in the ample parking lot of Sawgrass Mills and just walk to get to the store which is located near a food court. The prices here are wonderful, the service is good, but they selection is not the best, I did not buy anything here because even though they have good prices they do not have the crocs I wanted. Wow I love Crocs and have worn them for years. So when I went to Sawgrass to return a defective used pair purchased just in sept 2023 I was presented with a we can't help u we don't carry those let me contact my boss. A 45 dollar pair of crocs that were visibly carried in store but we don't have a 90 day warranty policy as u state. read more

I have long resisted entering a store specializing in plastic shoes. Yes, they do have a place but some of the styles baffle me. Can I really wear these to work and for dress? Not sure. I will give you the beach ad house shoes so that's what I have. Yes, they are comfortable but a whole store. I'll admit, the few pair I have were found at Marshall's. I did try on a few this day but can't wrap my head around more. The staff did approach us with coupons that make the "full" price more palatable. They were very pleasant and offered to help. At Sawgrass, this is a must. A business needs a "gimmick" and plastic shoes is certainly one that someone is making a buck on. Happy shopping! read more

To start off I must say that this Crocs store is very well stocked and clean. There's plenty of selection to choose from both for males, females or children. Now on to the reason why I can't rate them higher than a one. I happened to have bought online a pair of crocs, which did not fit. I was advised I could return them at a local store and exchange for correct size or ship them back for a refund or they could re-ship correct size. I decided it would be better to go to a local store and try the same model I had bought for size; so that's how I ended at this location. Once I located the same model of crocs, I tried one size up from what I had and they fit. The clerk that took care of us was very courteous and said that it would not be a problem exchanging them and pointed us towards the register. Once there, my daughter produced our paid receipt along with the crocs previously purchased. I handed her the ones from this store which were exactly the same model and color, just one size bigger. The middle aged lady, taking care of us immediately told us that it would not be a problem exchanging them. But there was a catch I had to paid the difference in price, because I had bought them on sale. I explained that I wasn't about to do that because they were exactly the same model and were not used, plus I had a receipt. She claimed that since I had bought them on sale I had to pay their store the difference in price. All I was doing was exchanging exactly the same shoe for one size up. She refused to give me her name nor store number, when I advised that I would be calling Corporate Headquarters. She was extremely rude and had no customer relations skills whatsoever. Being someone who has over 10 pairs of crocs and purchases more for friends and family, I must say I'm disgusted. This is the ONLY store I shop at since I live right across the street but believe me I will never go back. The sales person (whom I've never seen before) (older lady with short buzz cut) that serviced me today was probably one of the most ignorant and rude person I've ever met. Not only was she pushy but if she felt as though you weren't going to actually buy anything she pretty much acted as though you were a waste of space. Kept cutting me off mid sentence and instead of speaking to me, she spoke in Spanish about me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN! read more

This was my second time coming to the Crocs outlet in Sawgrass Mall. They have a big selection of crocs in all sizes and always have some sort of special deal going on. The first time I went, I felt like I was in the jungle. The store was over crowded and I could barely move around. The line to check out took at least 30 minutes. This time around, I had a more pleasant experience. I was in and out of the store pretty quick. I recommend entering through Marshall's. Crocs is near the food court and sports authority. read more
