Reluctantly I paid and salesperson stated shoes would be in on Wednesday. I was also told that I would receive a call when pair arrived. With no response I called and spoke with Chris the store manager. He stated that the shoes I ordered had been delayed by FedEx and it wasn't the stores fault for FedEx delay. He took no accountability and stated the only thing he could do is refund me when the shoes arrive. WOW!!! He stated the shoes would be in Friday and I would receive my notification. Today is Sunday and no communication from the store has happened. At this point they have had my money for 7 days with no communication and 0 accountability. I had so many other options to get these shoes if I had any inclination this would be my experience I would have and certainly will in the future. Buckle has let me down and to see there's no accountability leaves me to question there integrity
