The clothes are comfy, functional, and pretty nice looking. They're not top of the line, but they're way more presentable than a lot of men's fashions. They also have the added bonus of not making guys look like pirates, lumberjacks, or ballet dancers. That's a rarity in today's clothing. But the process of getting the close is always a pain. There are a few scenarios that typically play out: 1. Store is packed. Help is needed in trying something on. There are only three dressing rooms, and no one available to let the next person in to try things on. 2. Store is empty. There are two associates. They both want to cater to your every need and you just want some space. 3. Store is moderately busy. You're happy that the clingy vs. absent dynamic has good balance. However, you can't find a single thing you want to try on, wear, or purchase. Outside of these service scenarios, the only frustration I have with Van Heusen is more of a frustration about me. I'm completely average in every clothing measure. My pants are 34/32. My Shirts are 34/35 x 16 1/2. Finding those clothes on the racks is HARD. Everyone has already picked over them. The clothes are nice, look good, and last fairly long compared to their price. I've had a few pairs of pants that have split at the seams, (because I never skip leg day!), but that's fairly rare. This is still a great place to shop, particularly when they have their big sales of the year. (60% off with an additional 20% off!!! OMG!)

I immediately informed them that we had recently painted and to please keep it off the ceiling as you take things up and down the stairs. They were courteous and abided by my wishes. However, we later realized the new adjustable frame was damaged and a replacement was ordered. When the crew arrived with the new frame, I once again asked them to keep it off the ceiling. The delivery guy ignored what I had just told him and rubbed the ceiling with the frames going up and down the stairs (picking it up, even though he simply needed to ride the carpeted stairs.). I confronted him with his ignorance and received indifference in return. The store apologized, and never followed up. Needless to say, they've lost our business with their disrespectful "service."

Sorry I can't comment specifically on the ladies but I only wear mens clothing. This was my first time stopping at the Lodi Outlet location and the store was decent sized and clean. Their inventory was fully stocked and things were pretty well organized on the racks and on the shelves. I had three different friendly employees ask me if I needed help. I do think Jockey offers some great specials and clearance to move inventory as well as every day prices when compared to the traditional department stores that stock Jockey. Considering I went in on a holiday weekend I was very impressed with the store and service from the minute I walked in until I left a happy customer. When compared to service and inventory of some of the other outlets I shopped at on this trip, Jockey and Famous Footwear were heads and shoulders above everywhere else I visited so I have no problems recommending either any time of the year.
