I always have bad experiences at this location because the management is poor. It's not pleasant to shop there. The lighting is dark and not bright and inviting like other stores. The workers are not welcoming. I went to a different bath and body works location right after and I was treated kindly and treated with respect and it was bright and cheery in there. The other location was polite and I had a beautiful experience there. The Medina location needs to take notes and learn to be better like other stores. They are currently having a great sale on boots, shoes and sandals and although they did not have the sandals that I wanted in my size, I found a great pair of shoes. I initially saw these shoes and thought that they would be great for my daughter who needed a comfortable pair of shoes that would pair well with pants.
