Staff is nice but find them to be not as helpful as regular store locations. Pro tip: If you are ever eyeing any of their products that is not in the color white or black, they will most likely be found on sale after about 3 weeks of being released. Though some of their black leggings or shirts can be found in store on sale, usually invigorate leggings-- one of their least popular style of legging but not sure why. They are a pop up location inside the South Shore Plaza, where Chico's once was, & are here for a year (hopefully here to stay tbh, that'd be great). The staff was super sweet & very helpful with finding things in the store. Loved the layout & how they organized everything. In honor of this opening. I bought an espresso matching set, cropped define jacket with align 7/8 leggings ;)) Overall, very happy that there's a Lululemon closer by now. When I told him what I was looking for, he took my right over to some options that fit my taste. The next young lady that helped check me out was extremely courteous and friendly. I believe she said her name was Lucy. She said it was a long day and not everyone was pleasant toward her. We walked into Lululemon and were greeted with smiling faces. We found the pants and I tried them on (yes, absolute FIRE). The lovely employees marked the pants for hemming and I sent them on their journey to Hemtown. It took about a week and a half to get the email that they were ready, but I tossed my Crocs on and booked it to the store. My pants were ready! But, wait... one of them were lost. One of the pants just disappeared! I was upset, as I was stoked to get these pantaloons on the gams, but I knew it wasn't their fault. Liz, the GM, apologized profusely and we were able to send in another pair (there was one pair left in-store that was my size) to get hemmed. Another week and a half later I got an email letting me know the replacement pair were ready to be picked up AND they found the lost pair! Due to the mishap, I was given BOTH pairs (the replacement pair AND the pair that just came back from their visit to Neverland). INCREDIBLE! It was definitely a whoopsie doopsie (which had only happened in that store one other time), but Liz and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible with their communication and their apologies (again, not their fault that the pants went on a little solo dolo adventure). I needed these pants for my wedding/honeymoon coming up in a couple of weeks and the employees became invested in getting the pants situation resolved long before then. ANYWAY, I recommend this store 10/10, 100%, love them like family.
