No greeting, no contact, rude, argumentative, mocked us, told us to come back another day (that's a great technique for keeping customers), and extremely unprofessional. One especially was a disappointment in her attitude. Saw no problem helping someone else who arrived 30 minutes after us. Then Liz came along - apologetic for our hour minute wait and for the way we had been treated. Very cheerful and helpful. She knows how to treat customers. Brought out several shoes for my friend who had just had knee surgery. Very knowledgeable and kind. Maybe the other employee didn't have any training but NOT arguing with a customer (3 of us) seems to be a "duh" in retail. We will visit the other store next time we need shoes or go to Dillard's.

I liked the HOKAs and got a pair and inserts. She led me to the exact pair I needed. The shoes were not inexpensive, but how many pairs of other brands have I purchased and I suffered. Too many. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining what brand would be best for my feet. They also have an xray to have more information about what will work well with your foot structure. She suggested that I might want an insert and she was right-the shoe with the insert was very comfortable. I wanted a different color and they ordered it. It came in within a week or so and the person that helped me with these shoes was also very helpful and helped me find the right insert. I'm really happy with the shoes. Having someone wait on you that takes the time to make sure you get the exact right shoes for you is wonderful. And the great shoes are a real bonus. IN addition to shoes, they have other sports clothing. It is a great place to get your shoes.
