Been going to this store for at least 8 years. I understand that they don't always get everything that online has to offer but now it looks like the Cali Yoga flip flops only come in half inch thick foam instead of the 1.25 thickness. I asked an employee he said he's never seen them in store & has been there 2-3 months. He suggested the hard sole form fitted way more expensive & IMO the ugly ones. SKECHERS Seriously you sell out of them all the time why dump them??!!! Most people especially here in Arizona don't want To feel the heat through our flip flops & have them melt from the extreme temperatures we have here. Just indulging in some pre-Black Friday retail therapy in Tucson. Happened on this outlet store by accident and had to stop in. There's lots to choose from: a wide selection of men's/womens/childrens shoes, what you see is what you get. Despite the rumors, there's nothing "in the back". Salespeople were helpful and went above and beyond during our visit. That kind of customer service is appreciated. Though we're not likely to be back, I recommend you visit if you're in the area in need of footwear. read more

Went in to get slip resistant shoes. I was in a hurry because I needed them for my next work shift. Devonaye was super helpful in helping me to get what I needed and to get out in a hurry. I've been to this store a few times. You can find some great deals on the clearance racks. I hate paying full price for anything and I can usually get a great deal here. The service here has always been excellent. They help you find what you need. Lastly they do have a rewards program which gives you a coupon once you start it. The store itself is big, with loads of options. I was not greeted by anyone. I was there 45 minutes, and I only talked to one sales person who asked if I was OK. it was hard to find what I was looking for, I wasn't sure where to find particular shoes and when I did it didn't list what they were good for. I know that sounds silly but a walking shoe is different than a running shoe but they can look the same. I did really love that they listed some shoes as vegan. Another thing that I didn't like, was I could not find disposable socks anywhere. So the likelihood of people sticking their gross feet in shoes without socks, made the experience a little icky. I like sketcher shoes, I think I will stick to the website though as it's easier to navigate and find what I am looking for. read more

I bought some slip resistant Skechers shoes for work. It was my first and my LAST time buying any work shoes from Skechers. From the moment that I first wore them and had to come to the restaurant that I work at, I was slipping all day. I thought maybe I need to break them in, but it only got worse from there. I have fallen numerous times. I understand that they are slip resistant and not slip proof. However there was no resistance from the shoes whatsoever. By far the worst shoes I have invested in. Will not be going back. Very disappointed in the quality of shoes especially when they're so pricey. read more

We had a great customer service experience recently from sales associate Adriana/Adrian. She went above and beyond for us, not once, not twice, but three times. Unfortunately we still did not purchase what we wanted due to our shoe size not being available, but her willingness to help is what counted the most. She was not a pushy sales person and gave us time to make our decisions. Her hardwork did not go unnoticed and is well appreciated from us. Hubby needed new shoes to work around the house and run errands. Took him to SKECHERS so he didn't need to deal with sales people. As he ages he doesn't seem to like much of anything. Ha!Ha! We found two pairs of shoes that were acceptable. The return policy is described as generous. You can return for an exchange but if you want a refund you need to wait 45 days to get your money. There was a 50% off sale. Buy one pair full price and get the second half off. Not my favorite place to shop but economical for sure. No service to get your shoes but the check out was friendly and fast. read more

I did not buy anything there yet, so my review is not about the shoes or services, but the honesty of the people that work there. My husband's wallet fell off his pocket while sitting on the bench in the front of the skechers outlet store waiting for me while I was shopping around. When we called the stores in the strip mall, no wallet was found, but my husband left his name and number just in case someone would find it. Not much time has passed when his wallet was found by the security guard and left at skechers outlet in the hands of Makyla who called my husband with the good news. The content of my husband's wallet was intact. I am moved to tears that there are still such honest people out there and cannot thank them enough for their kindness and honesty. They saved us from a lot of trouble going through replacing all the content. Thank you so much! God bless them both! read more

I was so excited to hear that they opened the Skechers Outlet on this side of town. My partner and I went in to buy some shoes last night (11/06/18) around 7pm. There were three sales associates behind the register when we walked in but no one said hello or even greeted us. While looking for shoes, we wanted to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off deal they were having. Unfortunately, both of our sizes were out in certain styles we wanted. No one ever acknowledged us or came over to ask if we needed help. We were the only two customers in the store. I noticed the three sales associates were still hanging behind the register. There was an older guy (not sure if he was the manager or not) out on the floor sweeping/mopping/polishing the floor that was literally 10 feet away from us and he never asked us if we needed help either. He was in the back clearance section and seemed annoyed when we walked back there to look at the shoes. Apparently it was more important for them to get the store cleaned and ready to close instead of helping customers. We were there over two hours before they closed so it wasn't like we walked in right when they were closing. We left and went across the street to DSW, where we were instantly greeted and offered help by two sales associates. We each found two pairs of shoes at really great prices and bought them from DSW. I don't know if they are on commission or not at Skechers, but they lost two sales because their employees didn't feel like helping us out. There are so many other places in Tucson to buy shoes from where they actually appreciate their customers. read more
