The store is nicely laid out. They apparently call them "Alo Sanctuaries". It's very zen and modern and doesn't feel cluttered like the new LuluLemon spot. The store has only been open a few weeks. I am not sure if they plan to integrate into the community like LuluLemon has with yoga classes, etc. La Encantada seems to be turning into an athleisure shopping center, so we'll see how they do.

I was apparently invisible to the employees, NOT one person approached us and asked whether or not we needed assistance ( which we did ). Yet they approached the younger white lady and asked it she needed help. I don't believe the actions of 3 individuals should represent what or how a business functions. However I believe they are the front line employees and DO REPRESENT the company they are employed at. Discrimination comes from in all forms and I didn't feel like a valued consumer. But every time I walk into this Lululemon, I leave feeling lighter than when I came in, and that's because of them. T is absolutely incredible. She is pregnant, yet she still shows up with the biggest smile, endless patience, and so much genuine kindness. She has a way of making every customer feel seen and welcomed. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and her positive energy is something special. Angelique is just as amazing. She always takes the time to help me find pieces that fit my lifestyle and makes shopping feel personal instead of transactional. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and never rushes me. I always leave feeling more confident than when I walked in. She was patient with me as I tried multiple sizes so I can feel the most comfortable. People often think retail is just about selling products, but T and Angelique remind me it's really about people. They don't just help me find clothes, they brighten my day. Every single time I leave that store, I feel happier than when I walked in, and I think that's a pretty incredible gift to give someone. I hope they know the difference they make. The pickings were slim, and the shoe section which is already small, was pretty wiped out. The employees weren't super busy although there were a few shoppers inside when I walked in. None of them greeted me or offered to help me find anything. I was eyeing a pair of booties, but I didn't bother to ask if they had my size or the color I wanted. I also didn't see a clearance section. I had planned on using my militsry/first responder 25% off deal that was valid in-store only which expires today on Christmas Eve, but it was not meant to be. The good part is, Lululemon usually sends that same email every few months, so it's not the end of the world. Hopefully, I'll have a better experience if and when I come back to this location.

Lots of tanks and midriff tops along with sports gear. Shared parking spaces.
