What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available. She carefully cleaned up my nails before starting, explained everything clearly, and actually listened to what I wanted. She's so easy to talk to and has such a calm demeanor, which made the whole experience relaxing. She was extremely mindful of the small cuts on my fingers, worked gently so I never felt extra pain, and reassured me that my nails weren't dangerously damaged. That alone gave me so much peace of mind. The finished result? Perfect. No glue all over the place, no polish under the nail or on my skin. Just smooth, neat, flawless nails.
