My biggest disappointment was with Botox. I was previously paying just under $500 for 130 units of Dysport elsewhere and getting great results. LaserAway doesn't offer Dysport, so they recommended a Botox equivalent--but the cost was nearly four times higher. I only went through with it because I had built up credits from other treatments, which brought the price down closer to what I was used to paying. Unfortunately, the results were very minimal. Due to travel and work, I didn't follow up until about two months later, and while I understand I was outside their typical window, they were unwilling to offer any resolution. Given the amount I've spent with them and the referrals I've made, I expected a different level of customer care. Just be cautious--don't let the aggressive marketing sway you, and make sure you compare pricing and policies before committing.

I get 1/2 a syringe or a full syringe after, i'm always left with bumps even after 2 weeks of waiting for it to be healed. It became extremely annoying and inconvenient to get injected, wait 2 weeks then come back to get the bumps inside my lips dissolved. I have driven to this place 4 times to get injected and 4 additional times after every 2-3 weeks to get bumps inside my lips dissolved. If you do your research and go to a better place, you don't go get your bumps dissolved after every injection... I am extremely disappointed in this place because now I have fucked up lips and now I have to go and pay somewhere else to get them dissolved completely and RESTART. So anyone who is looking to get lip fillers, save your money and go somewhere else that has 5 star review because dropping $600 on 1 syringe isn't worth it at this place just to get bumps dissolved everytime and uneven lips. I'd been dealing with some pretty stubborn acne scars for a while. The team at Renew came up with a treatment plan that would give me the best improvement, and I've seen a big difference in my skin. The scarring is much less noticeable now, and in some areas, now undetectable. In addition to addressing texture issues, they very naturally rejuvenated my appearance with a touch of Juvéderm fillers (a collection of HA fillers with different textures used to address a number of concerns like facial laxity, improved definition and structure, and just overall rejuvenation.) This gave me a refreshed look and I absolutely love seeing the improvement. It makes me feel so much more confident.
