I guess the lip & brow thread were 3/5. A highlight is a soothing aloe 1 minute face massage. Hands and seat were not sanitized in between guests. My eyebrow shape was already prominent so I got a decent clean up. However, I wasn't given the opportunity to check my eye brows and she didn't cut the length of them with scissors; they were really long. A chunk of my tail eyebrow was pulled off (painful) and it was left really uneven on the other side. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back but I don't regret going here to try it.

Called and spoke to front desk associate after being referred by coworker to see male tech for…read moreservice. Was clear about referral, front desk advised this particular tech does not take appointments but only walk ins and was advised to come in. Upon coming in and being walked to chair, a few minutes passed and the receptionist informed me the male nail tech will not provide service because I am a male. After an uncomfortable and awkward conversation for clarification, I left while the nail tech was squatting in front of the building smoking a cigarette. I Have received service from both male/female techs over the years and it's a common service but called for this tech after a referral. I couldn't care less regardless of gender, but principle makes a difference. The owner responded implying it was a strange request. The nail tech & owner seem to sexual this basic hygienic service with their choice of words. Words that are both bizarre, alarming and quite short sighted considering we should look past the profession of a nail tech as a female associated profession. Nonetheless I would not want to receive a service from someone who feels uncomfortable doing their job. Awful communication, no accountability & extremely ignorant & shallow frame of mind in regard to running a business. I will not be returning and neither will the coworker who recommend him.

She did my brows and face and I loved it so much, I'm going back to get my makeup done by her for my 21st birthday! Also Tessa was great because she explained everything she was going to and asked for my feedback! The wax was also super gentle and nice. Getting your brows done also comes with getting concealer done and for them to also fill in your brows if you'd like.
