The quality and customer service is horrible. The owner should understand she is dealing with someone's face. She missed spots in the first sitting and she said we ll take care of that in the touch up appointment. she specifically said if you have allergies just reschedule as it doesn't pigment well if you have allergies. The day I had my appointment I woke up with allergies and informed her and she was so rude and told me she ll charge 50 dollars to reschedule. when I asked her to just keep the appointment- it is what it is and she said she already cancelled my appointment. I was almost in tears for the whole thing. she was not cooperative at all. I wasted my 600 dollars with her and now got my eyebrows done from someone else and paid 600 again. I can't believe it's taken me so long (2 1/2 years later) to finally write this review, but better late than never :) I did extensive research on who I was going to trust with microblading my brows. As you can see in my before, I needed help! I had never tweezed or waxed my brows, they just began falling out and wouldn't grow back. I tried growth serums and although new hair would start coming in, they still would never fill in and give me that natural soft "full" brow look I wanted so bad!!! So, after around 3 years of looking through portfolios, going to a few different consults, and talking to many others who had already had their brows done, I made my decision on Precision Brows with Jessica. During my initial consult, we discussed my skin type (I have rosacea and dermatitis, very sensitive skin) and right then I KNEW she knew her $h!t!!! LOL She explained my skin type and how it would react, how it would retain, and gave me thorough transparency on expectations. We made the decision to move forward on the initial appointment with some microblading but due to her explaining that my skin type would likely not hold microblading as well, we completed my look with combo brows. Jessica was upfront that fading and spotting might happen...it's skin and pigment absorbs different in some areas. Due to this, we completed my look at my initial touch-up visit (which you can see in my second photo). My hair is light and very ashy...Jessica got the color match spot on!!! I have now just booked my 2nd touch-up appointment later this year to refresh my brows and couldn't be happier to revisit Precision Brows!! Highly don't recommend Jessica. If I could give 0 stars, I would. She is not talented and not professional. I got my brows done by her 10 months ago and it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had in my life. She proceeded to tell me I have OCD and a bleeding disorder. I do not have either. When we spoke on the phone, she raised her voice at me and told me she would refund me for the brows and she never did. What I was left with was uneven brows that I had to shade in every day and purple blotchy pigment from Jessica piercing the skin too deeply. She shaved off half of my eyebrows to do the tattoo and a lot of that hair never grew back. I am writing a review now because I went to someone else to correct her mistakes and it was such a positive experience. It reassured me that the issue was not me. I have been meaning to write this for a long time and feel it needs to be said so others are aware. Here's my experience with Precision Brows (2017-2018). I was so excited to finally get my brows done and had been waiting some time to do it. Upon arriving I was told that my brows would need to be done in "two sessions" (It would have been nice to have been told this sooner, being that I don't live in the area and had to travel far). She said she was going to do shading this session and the "strokes" of fine hairlines next session (which should be done 6 weeks later) unfortunately she was so over booked that she could not get me in to get it done until THREE MONTHS later and she let me know that if there was any cancellations, she would let me know so I could "get in sooner" I booked the appointment and paid the full amount upfront as I was told I needed to do that in order to keep the 2nd appointment. I paid the total of $500. Two months passed and I had not heard from her. I reached out to ask if there were any openings, so I could finish up the strokes and was told she is "fully booked". A week before my scheduled July appointment I found out some wonderful news (I was pregnant). I reached out to let her know, I would need to wait on my brows (Because technically this is like getting a tattoo and you can't get tattoos while pregnant). She said to let her know after baby is born, so we can book the follow up appointment in the future. I reached out after I was not breastfeeding and let her know I was ready to come and finish my brows. Keep in mind I had already paid up front the FULL amount to have this whole process done. We scheduled the appointment for Oct and I was set to return to "finish" my brows. She reached out 6 days before my appointment to let me know that she had to reschedule the appointment for a month out (Mid Nov) and told me that I would have to start over and do the shading and strokes and pay the full amount again. I reminded her that I had paid the $500 already and we never finished the first session. Long story short, I told her that I would not be returning to her. I was extremely disappointed. She was too "over booked" having to wait THREE months to keep an appointment in the first place is not ideal. If I could have returned 6 weeks like I was told needed to happen in order to complete this process correctly, I would have had them 100% done. Life happens. It was not a complete waste of $500, but it was completely inconsiderate of her to ask me to pay the full amount (Which the prices were raised) again. I have nothing but positive things to say about all the ladies at Precision Brows. I was a travel nurse in town for only 2 months and say Jocelyn's work on a coworker. The ladies stay booked so initially I could not get in to see Jocelyn. I ended booking with Jessica. Unfortunately I couldn't get my brows done b/c of skin issues that day, but Jessica said she would try working me back in and if I was unable to reschedule she would be willing to refund my (non-refundable) deposit. Amy worked with me to get in with other artists, but I refused to see anyone but Jocelyn or Jessica. She called me the night before at work and told me Jocelyn had a cancellation & I could come in!! For my melanated ladies, I was a little uneasy as I had not seen any black women/or darker skin women on Jocelyn's page. I was praying Lord please don't let this lady tattoo black ass brows on me. LOL! Y'all she was amazing!! She made sure I was satisfied with me shape along every step. And because she knew I was not going to be able to return for a touch up in 2 months (as I live in FL) she took extra time to to fill in as much as my skin could tolerated. I made an appointment to see any of the artists at Precision Brows. They came highly recommended by several of my friends and colleagues, so I was really looking forward to this appointment until the morning of... My consultation appointment was with Jessica at 9:45am. I arrived early at 9:30am to make sure I had enough time for paperwork or what not. Another lady grouped me and another girl apparently for a group consult (who does that?!). Jessica started with introduction on the other girl, didn't even acknowledge me the entire time whatsoever. She did not get to me until 10:30am. Without even introduction, she proceeded to tell me what's wrong with my brows basically with the attitude that she won't do my brows. Which is fine... Jessica has every right to deny a client. However, do not go wasting anyone's time. If you're running late -- be honest & reschedule. While I'm sure Jessica is a professional and she's booked solid in both Elk Grove and Modesto (she made sure everyone knew this), I'm still human and deserve the same respect as every other client that walks through those doors. This review should be 1/2 star. I'd be giving this place at least 3 stars if she simply said she's running late and gave me the option of rescheduling. Or I'd rate this place higher even if she lied and said on the phone/email she's not accepting any clients. ‍‍‍ Update (as of 7/14): I still won't recommend this business or the services it offers lol! As someone who interacts with thousands of patients on a daily basis, I understand what trust and customer service is. BUYER BEWARE. The owner is more concerned with financial gain than anything else. I prepaid 100% of an appointment cost which included the non refundable deposit and an additional payment for the final cost for the brow appointment (which normally they get after the tattoo is completed). My aunt is older an became concerned last minute with the results of the microblading and called three days prior to cancel the appointment. I completely understand no refunds for the deposit as the contract states but they accepted additional funds that they are not willing to refund because of the late cancellation. My major concern with this is that the deposit was all that was required to hold the appointment so why are they entitled to additional funds that never would have been prepaid in any other client appointment. I also canceled my touch up with the company considering I cant be found supporting a company that steals hundreds of dollars from their clients given the opportunity. read more

I scheduled my appointment with Rhianne 4 weeks out. I paid $25.00 for a consult. When I arrived on time, the "owner" states Rhianne is with someone and will be a while. She then proceeded to tell me she could do the consult for Rhianne and they did that all the time for each other. I was in shock. My thoughts were 1) why schedule a consult if you're not available; 2) why would I want someone else to do my consult if they aren't doing my work; and 3) I'm a business owner and if I treated clients to the point they felt like they were being herded cattle, I would have no clients. I remained peaceful and followed through with the consult only because I had already paid for it. I wanted to come unglued mind you but 2 wrongs do not make a right. I then booked an appointment for services. At the time, I knew they are one of the only brow places that performs the services I needed in the Modesto area. However, after speaking to a few other brow places of the way I was treated as a customer, I did not follow through.  I suggest you do the research and ask questions even though you can only book online with them which makes getting questions answered very difficult. I have never felt that way and being on both sides as a business owner and a customer, I would not have clients if I treated people this way. I feel like they think they are the only ones in the area so they can treat people as they want.  I definitely do not recommend them. read more

These ladies have a business to run and livelihoods of their own to worry about and people who don't get that are just ridiculous. They have consultation options for people who are unsure or don't understand exactly what it is. Their time is valuable and takes away from other clients who are actually wanting to get their brows done. So again- come here if you want amazing brows and the best environment to get them in!!! Don't find a cheap deal because you're going to end up having to come here to try and get them fixed. Get it done right the first time. Side note: plan ahead for your appointment. Clear your schedule so you can have the day available! They take their time with every client and I sincerely appreciate that! I would rather sit and wait for them to finish with their current client than have them rush. I would hate for them to do that to me. They take pride in their work and care so much about every person that they work with. Bring a book. This is permanent! You want them to do their very best and if that means taking that extra time to be detailed then take all the time! I will sit patiently waiting for my turn to get that same 5 star treatment. I have not seen work anywhere that compares to hers. My visit started with introductions and application of a topical numbing gel. After which I completed paperwork and read over the after care instructions and what I should expect. I will say that I was given all the information prior to my appointment so I could prepare and be ready for the aftercare. I was a little nervous but the relaxing yet upbeat music was a refreshing addition to my visit. The first thing Jessica did was to draw an outline to determine where the strokes would be placed. She was very honest and realistic about what I should expect in terms of outcome. (She was also very specific about how I could improve the quality of my session) It was a bit painful, especially as we got further into the session and there was more pressure as the time went on. Nothing I could not handle or anyone that has every had a tattoo or piercing would not be able to deal with. (NOTE: She has since begun using a new numbing..."something".....and I didn't feel a thing at my touch up) When I sat up to see the work she had done, I was so amazed! Who was this staring back at me? She made my brows come to life! I would no longer have to look emotionless at the gym once my brows sweated off. They were gorgeous and so natural looking. Very classy! We scheduled my 6 week touch up and I left with a slightly sore brow area but I didn't care. I was walking on air.
