I already didn't like the person doing my nails to begin with but I don't much care for men stepping in to finish the job. I got a full of my acrylic nails with gel polish. Got no base coat and no top coat and they tried to say it was normal, but no one has ever not put topcoat on. If you want fast, decent service it's ok, but it's not a place I'm going to go back to again.

They didn't even prep the nails (only buffed them and cut my friend). The nails didn't even look like the photo ( it was a VERY basic design). They were crooked . She then tells me she doesn't have her appointment book with her on the weekend (which ironically the original appointment was made on a weekend), then she stops responding. ONLY after the salon owner saw the Google review did she send me a text- on September 5. "I was told by the salon owner....." She says that the reason for not getting back to me were family issues. So which is it? Family issues or the client is the problem? Like I said, IT IS ONLY HAIR! No big deal. But treat people right and be honest!

It felt like she pushed them on with her finger and she put a tone of glue that all my lashes stuck together in clumps. THEY ALL CAME OFF IN CLUMPS ALONG WITH MY NATURAL LASHES. I had been there a few weeks before when my daughter and niece got pedicures. I saw how Michelle was doing someone else's nails and paying so much attention to the shape and details. I walked in and she sat me down right away. Be warned, no soak off (had a previous set that was falling apart), so that was a little intense. But once she got to work on the new set I was very pleased with the results! She pays attention to detail trying to get the shape just right. Nothing fancy just a great little nail shop that got the job done.
