Used pumice stone on back, not bottom, of heel

My review similar to others-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, TRUST ME!!! The Lady didn't literally do ANYTHING to my feet. I kept telling her what I needed/should be done, but she didn't understand. The lady that was doing my daughter's pedicure could tell that nothing was being done for me, and actually just took over mine when she was done with my daughter. The back, not bottom, of my heel was scraped raw from the pumice stone. My actual heels got no attentio, no massage, hurt me with the cuticle cutters from going so fast.... Allegedly I was given the "deluxe spa pedicure." I also didn't see anyone wash their hands, pull instruments from peel packs and/or sanitize their hands nor equipment. 0/5 stars!

    Pedicure

Absolutely the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. $45 for a pedicure and didn't even have a top coat put on...I left with nails that were smudged and not completely painted. $25 basic manicure and cuticles not trimmed and no top coat. Floors in salon were filthy. Manicurist hurriedly did my nails, then sat in a chair and watched a movie on her phone.

    Bloody toe!

So I went with my aunt for a nice afternoon pedicure. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE. I watched her soak my feet for 30 seconds and then she proceeded to strip the skin in between my nail and toe of my big toes. It started to uncontrollably bleed and I yelped twice. Why I did not get up and leave is beyond me. She tried to hack at me again and I unconsciously pulled away and said "no." to her. They tried to fix the bleeding by applying ACETONE to my toe with a file wrapped in cotton and it stung like crazy. She was going to apply neosporin but forgot. I left with a bleeding toe. I bought some Epsom salts so now I can soak my toes and pray I don't get an infection. I also watched her place the nail file back in the tray after it touched my bloody toe. BAD NEWS YOU GUYS. In terms of the vibe, it was a stand place but she never apologized and they charged me 35$ for this butchery. Don't go.

Recently moved to the area and this was the closest place to get a gel mani/pedi. I wanted to treat myself so I went in to see if they could accommodate a walk in. Never again. Everything was rushed. They had a few ladies getting services and I thought they were going to tell me to come back later. No They told me to come in. I'm very disappointed. It would have been worse than if I hadn't pointed out some things while I was there. I just gave up paid and left. I learned my lesson. Gel mani/pedis are not hard if you slow down and not rush to get everybody in who walks in the door they could have done a decent job. The pictures were taken right after I left the shop.

I was looking for a nail salon last minute who would apply gel polish to my natural nails and after going to 3 places Tammy's welcomed me in.

Unfortunately as I was pulling in the manager called the let me know my masseuse had called in sick and they could only rebook my massage to start 1.5 hours after the original time. I was disappointed, but I made the best of it and thankfully had a flexible schedule that day. I ended up ordering tea and lunch from the Tea Bar. Unfortunately the matcha was out of stock, but I opted for another green tea and the crab cake. It was raining the day I was there so I didn't end up using the pool. I really like my facial with Ruth. She was amazing and had lovely energy. I would definitely rebook. My massage was okay, but despite a few requests for more pressure, I was told that was the max she could do. I have had a lot of massages, but have never encountered that before

However, when I met my therapist, he mentioned he would be doing a signature massage without discussing pressure preferences, even though I had noted on my intake form that I prefer firm pressure. Unfortunately, the massage itself felt neither particularly deep nor relaxing, and it did not meet my expectations. Upon arriving, I was initially confused about the entrance. I entered a building with a gift shop and "tea bar," thought I was in the wrong place, and had to ask for directions. I then learned the spa entrance was behind the wall in the gift shop, which wasn't apparent. I expected the tea bar to be a special space that you might find in a Japanese tea garden, but it was a bar with a mini fridge, something you might find at a gym, and it was in the gift shop! While the waiting area was bright and airy, the changing area--which included the infrared sauna and hot tub--felt more like a college locker room than a spa environment. The treatment floor itself also had a rather sterile, hospital-like feel that didn't create a relaxing atmosphere. It would be helpful if a pre-appointment email listed available amenities and noted that guests should bring a swimsuit to use the hot tub. I checked the website beforehand and did not see this information listed or any photographs. I would have enjoyed using the hot tub had I known, but I was told I could purchase a suit in the shop instead. Lastly, the one-size sandals provided were difficult to walk in and felt unsafe and risky on the stairs after the treatment. I also found it fairly shocking that they suggest 22% as the starting point for a gratuity. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience, ambiance, and level of service provided. I sent the manager feedback and was informed that the changing room space was going to be getting an update, but I feel additional updates are needed, including making reception a dedicated space or moving it inside the door, and moving the tea bar, and making it a unique, special space. Having the reception area and the tea bar crammed together with the gift shop does not work.

I reported to the "manager" in the store (I reported first to the cashier who told me to talk to the manager) and he couldn't care less. It was like I was bugging him. I think most people go here for meds, it doesn't appear to be stocked well. The website said they had my shampoo but they didn't. They also have half the store under glass. That's a "I won't be back" thing for me. No one likes having to wait ten minutes to get the glass opened. If people are stealing stuff then get security. I'm honestly a well built man but I hate coming here because of the riff raff surrounding the place. There are other options.

They claim it's an insurance issue, but my child's insurance hasn't changed in years. Then they lie and say they're out of stock. Which is mostly untrue. There was an incident when I requested to refill a prescription a week in advance. They sent me a text claiming it was out of stock. I had a feeling that it was bs so I drove to the pharmacy and spoke with their staff in-person. Guess what? The prescription that they claimed that was "out of stock" was in fact in stock. The tech told me that I just needed to wait 10 minutes. I had to explain to the tech the importance of my child's medication being filled on time, given that a missed dose can cause a life-threatening issue. About a month ago, I was in line inquiring on my child's prescription. There was another customer standing super close behind me while I was giving the tech very personal information. The staff did not say anything to the customer standing very close to me. There I was disclosing personal medical information not realizing that the customer was near me the whole time. (They should check the cameras; I can't make this up!) I only became aware that the man was standing extremely close to me because another customer in line pointed it out and told him to step back. There is no way that pharmacy tech helping me did not notice him. HIPAA VIOLATION! Anyway, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would.
