Once we made our selection, they contracted our job to L & S All Out Contracting. It is a smaller contracting team but they are all very knowledgeable and we were impressed with the initial contact with the owner, Michael. He explained how the work would be done, a so nothing they did was a surprise. We were very glad that they. Carefully remove our baseboards and trim, then reused it at the end. They caulked and cleaned it up so nicely, I don't have any touch up to do! That is a lot of labor intensive and attention to detail work, and we are very happy with the results! At the time, we also decided we would be changing the facade of our fireplace so we added some work, independent of the floors, so we could get the floors put in and ready for the fireplace surround change. They made everything so seamless. We also replaced the toilets in the house and added a new shower head. These extra things were really nice to get done at the same time they were doing the floors, rather than having to do it at a later date. When I had any questions throughout the whole process, they explained everything to me. All four, Kyle, Trent, Mitchell and Michael, were very fun to work with and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy at each step of the job!

We hired this company to reroof our home in 2011. We had them return several times for leaking…read moreskylights which was never resolved. Fast forward to May 2020 When we decided to have the house painted and had 3 companies come for estimates. One company noticed some unleveling on the front section of the roof. We didn't think much of it at the time. We did hire a roofing siding painting contractor to complete the job. On the last day the painters went up top on the front section to paint the siding and in walking on the roof to paint it was noted a large area of mushiness to the roof. We immediately called and their roofers came out removed the shingles and the plywood was soaking wet,the insulation wet. Upon further inspection of the roof from the inside attic there are areas of moisture noted and the shingles on the roof were incorrectly applied. Nails up too high on the shingle so it allowed rain snow to get under the shingles and wet the wood and insulation. Terrible workmanship. A new roof will have to be done!!

I thought I was making a smart choice by choosing BB Roofing but I cannot say I would recommend…read more Due to my profession, I have worked with hundreds of building contractors in multiple states and no one has ever spoken to me as rudely as the owner of BB Roofing. Until issues were resolved, BB Roofing left me with sleepless nights and boiling frustration every time I walked out my door to see my damaged property and negligent gutter install. Issues: -Black and white apron mixed around my home, looked terrible and mismatched. Do you want a contractor at your home who just uses whatever they have on hand when they run out of material? -First set of gutters were extremely unprofessional with pointed screws sticking out on the sides of every downspout. -Garage's southwest gutter installed to point directly at the neighbor's house a few feet away instead of following previous path down driveway. -Verbally discussed extension replacement on northeast downspout behind the house as well as by text during the contract review and it was not replaced. I heard the sales person tell the owner it was a miscommunication. Why would I repeatedly ask about it if I didn't want to make sure it was replaced, but also if I'm asking to replace all gutters and downspouts why wasn't it ALL replaced? -Crew threw gutter guards on the ground in piles when removed and then hacked apart and installed extremely poorly. I requested they put on the patio so I could store in garage. Request was ignored. -Siding drilled through without asking if that was okay. Then siding was replaced and product has changed slightly so there is now a noticeable difference. -Siding installed on southwest wall of house not secured properly. Had to request for someone to come back twice to move pieces so they would lock into each other correctly. -Repeatedly told me I was wrong about how the north side of my garage looked which I have clear record of in the side by side photo. A nail and bulge were not there when the sales person walked the property but appeared after the roof was replaced. I was repeatedly told there was no way BB Roofing would have done it. -I was rudely questioned, "Why are you upset?" when walking the extremely poor gutter installation and after being told I was wrong about the north side of my garage. It was a complete gaslighting situation where they treated me like I was crazy woman. How would I possibly know what an area of my house looked like that I see everyday. . . -After gutters were replaced a second time, the area that goes under the southwest side roof overhang was cut too low. -I lost a lot of time as well as had to rearrange my work schedule to make sure I could be home for the extra visits. Numerous phone calls, emails and texts to follow up to make sure the work on my home was completed correctly, again taking up more of my time. -I followed the salesperson directions to move and store items on my two patios and on the deck to avoid damage which left me unable to enjoy my outdoor space. I was mocked by the owner, Blaine, in regards to following these directions which again was extremely unprofessional. Is this how you would like to be treated at your home? I chose BB Roofing because of their involvement with IREM, a referral from a colleague's insurance agent and after reading reviews. I did not anticipate how poorly I would be treated or how poor the initial quality of work would be. I am still very concerned with the roof since it was the same crew who did the incompetent gutter install. It pains me that I paid money to a company with an owner who behaves like Blaine. I signed a contract for a professional replacement with a company that states, "Our process is easy and pain free". I did not receive an experience that was easy and pain free. Due to the all of the issues and extra time I had to spend ensuring the work was completed professionally, I requested a credit on my final payment due to the awful experience and was denied.

I had to threaten to sue them twice because they refused to put in the toilets that I wanted and the kitchen faucet I wanted - even though I was told that if I wanted something done that wasn't in the plans, to "just let them know". Also, I was smooth talked into purchasing $8000 wood floors from Hallmark Hardwood floors - being told that they were the "best" and were practically impervious to scratches and we were duped into purchasing this flooring - it is now, after only 8 years COMPLETELY damaged and now I'm getting the run around from the Hallmark Hardwoods company that has PRINTED ON THEIR BOX that there is a 20 year warranty on the flooring, as soon as I tried to contact them, they told me to contact the builder who told me to contact the manufacturer - and around and around we go. DO NOT let yourself be a victim to a dishonest company that has 5 different names who will make building your house a horrible, stressful and awful experience. P.S. I gave them 1 star b/c I couldn't submit my review without selecting a rating - but I would give them NO stars at all, given the opportunity.

Ciaccio Roofing just completed putting on a new flat roof on my 3,720 sq. ft. office building in…read moredowntown Millard. Jorge and his crew did an AWESOME job! Jorge would come and get me to go up and look at progress and things they found as they removed the old roofs ... yes, the original 1973 roof was under the 1993 roof ... and advised me as how they would proceed next. I trusted his professional opinion on several issues that they needed to work around, HVAC Roof Top Units & plumbing vents being too low to do their normal installations to, and he did a beautiful job. I know, how can a new flat roof on a commercial building be "beautiful"? Well, it is! :-) Compared to what was up there before. I now have 7-1/2" of Styrofoam insulation that I didn't have before and the white roof will repel the sun's heat, instead of the black rubber roof that was there before. Their 6-person crew was very courteous and respectful and did a great job of cleaning up the work site every afternoon before going home. For a job done right, I would recommend Ciaccio Roofing Corp. every time! JJ and Jon Case came out to take measurements and do a couple cores of the old roofs, to see what they had to work with in order to provide an estimate, and they too, were great guys to work with! Nelson Contracting has addressed a leak in my roof. Since their work was completed we've only had…read moreone relatively small rain storm, but there was no leakage. So I suppose the jury is still technically out on whether or not the leak is completely fixed, but I will say that I enjoyed working with them, finding them responsive and consistent in their responses to questions & emails, and the cost of the work was not out of line. I have already asked them to do an additional small project and will have them quote me soon on a substantially larger project, which is a recommendation in itself.
