My hubby dropped his truck off last week to get his rear bumper replaced. At first it was promised…read morethe next day but it has turned into a week(due to then not realizing they had to paint the bumper).. After playing phone tag, he spoke with someone this morning (9 am it's now 3:30pm), he was told they "were putting the bumper on now". Here we are still waiting.... A normal turn around time for a rear bumper replacement is 1-3 days... Finally 4 pm they called, truck is ready, we had started heading that way anyway. Upon arrival the bumper looks great and even though the truck is a 2024 (don't ask about how the accident occurred) they detailed it inside and out.
