A branch fell on the windshield and hood. But they listed EVERY single scratch that weren't there when car left our house, from front bumper and lights to wheel and rear bumper. They convinced the insurance company to call the car totaled. My neighbors were witnesses to the branch fall and we all thought that we were incredibly lucky that it was only the hood and windshield. I understand that glass needs to be cleaned out, but see the photos for yourself. They made up damages that couldn't possibly have happened from this branch. Someone is selling parts or fixing up minor damage to resell. Justin and Keith were extremely disrespectful to us. Justin actually refused to show us the car the day that we showed up to review the damages. They are hiding something. It's not right. The next letter I am writing is to the BBB.

Ultrashine arranged for a tow truck to come pick up my car, called me when the car got there, and continued to contact me every step of the way. My car was ready in just a week--the last time I was in an accident, it took the autobody shop almost 3 weeks to fix a dent in my back bumper. My front bumper looks spotless, and they also cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car! The office staff are so polite and helpful. Phone calls and emails were always answered in minutes. I've seriously never expected such amazing customer service. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!

Original response: I guess the experience depends on who you are and what you're perceived ability to finance you vehicle is by the employees. I am off for parental leave and just in survival mode as one tends to be in the first weeks and was not wearing my executive suite or clothing, so unfortunately no one would not know that I run a small organization. Apparently that determines the service because when I arrived for an estimate, I was excited because this auto shop comes HIGHLY recommended. I was going to spend several thousand dollars to fix a small fender bender and then ask about detailing services. However I will not be engaging with this organization again because I was treated with such indifference that I can't imagine patroning this organization. When I arrived, and was assigned someone to draft the estimate, I approached this staff member, I believe his name was Mike, and asked questions because I had already gotten a quote. He would not look at the other estimate I had and didn't discuss anything with me. I was told that the price will be the same as the other shops and that I should just check my email for his estimate and we can talk then. I left wondering why I came if at places like Waldron Carstar, sat down with me and went point by point and discussed options and advised me as I asked questions BEFORE and AFTER I received their estimate. They treated me like a valued customer and tried to create a work plan that worked for me as a drop in. I went to 3 other shops and got same day estimates. This individuals quote came 12 hours later. Their work is probably great, but their treatment of me as a customer was disappointing given how much work I was intending to pay for. In my opinion, auto service is expensive but the customer service and care shouldn't be optional because that is essentially the only difference from shop to shop since "it's the same price" according to their rep. Fun fact, their quote was the most expensive quote. Go figure lol Update: The response was "I am sorry the estimator did not converse with you the way you would like." Again, customer service appears optional. My response was as follows when the manager referenced their reputation as well: "I actually came because of the reputation, including the fact that I was looking for detailing estimates as well but I never got to that. The car was still drivable, so I spent about three weeks searching for the best body shop in Massachusetts. I reached out to my best friend's boyfriend, who runs Choice Auto, and Ray told me that Siro Auto in Worcester was the best place to go. My car is a sports car with a lot of sharp angles, and it has a special paint color called Crystal Pearl White, so it needed real attention and experience. When Ray called Siro Auto, Lenardo took his own time to come see my car after hours. He was honest, straightforward, and very confident that he could handle the job. Knowing that he had worked with many high-end cars before made me feel a lot better. At the time, I was working full-time and didn't have rental coverage through my insurance, which stressed me out. Lenardo told me not to worry and that he could handle everything from talking to the insurance company to arranging a rental car for me. When I went into the office, I met Sidney, who helped me through the entire process. At one point the insurance company was going to total my car, but Sidney worked with them directly and saved it. He made sure everything was repaired with original parts only. While waiting for the repairs, the rental car they gave me had an A/C issue. I brought it back and they immediately gave me a different rental with no hassle at all. The whole experience was easy and the customer service was incredible. Sidney even helped me understand how to appeal a ticket and explained exactly what to do. He also installed my new tires and did a great job on the alignment. When I picked up my car, I couldn't believe how good it looked. The paint job was perfect, the color matched exactly, and they removed every scratch. The car looked brand new. They detailed the inside really well, and when I checked the engine bay, they had cleaned and detailed that too. All the lines on the car were straight and everything fit perfectly. It honestly came out better than when I first got the car. Sidney even took my car to get the inspection sticker so I could drive away without worrying about anything else. He truly went above and beyond. Without the rental they arranged, I would have spent a lot of money Ubering to work or renting a car on my own. After seeing how great my car came out, I really wanted to take some time to write this review. This place is a hidden gem. If you want a shop that pays attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and treats customers well, I would absolutely recommend Siro Auto Body. I've had many high-end cars and tried different body shops in the past, but from now on I'm only coming here. I also mentioned that I needed my sun visors replaced because the mirrors were broken, and Sidney told me he'd take care of that for no charge when I come back.
