I noticed they were chatting when the desk lady comes again to let me know Skyler rejected the appointment. She explained that the stylist had a wedding to attend and didn't have the time... and the front desk lady (that turned to be the manager), failed by accepting a customer being ignored for so long and then rejecting the appointment . I said that was not right and she didn't even try to fix it, she just said stylist didn't check her bookings. That shop is even empty, and lacks ambience. I would never go again by being treated like that. I, as well, had an important event to attend and planned around it.
