First time going there, pedicure was great! However, they do not have fans to dry polish so I walked out with wet polish. TBH they did say I could sit until they dried, then they said it would be 20 minutes. I'm puzzled, every other salon I've been has fans to sit at to dry. Well now I know to fit 20 minutes extra in! BEWARE I would NOT recommend coming here if you care about where your money goes. They completely scammed the hell out of me and I literally left in tears because of it. Charged me over $150 for THIS! couldn't even really explain the abundance of extra charges tacked on to my nails. Never mentioned any prices until we were already at checkout. Only thing they were able to do was take off $16 gel add on that brought it down to a little over 150 from $170. These nails are not worth more than $70 max. I've never had such a bad experience at a nail salon in my life and I was very tempted to cut them off then and there. Now that I get to have a better look at them at home I wish I would've done that. Now I'm out almost $200 for horrible quality nails. My pedicure was great, they did a very nice job. My concern is their pricing. I have never in at least 5-6 years been charged to remove gel when having gel reapplied. I was charged $6 for this. Pedicure $28, Gel $21, French $11, Removal of previous gel $6. I think this is insane pricing. I generally pay $50-$52 for this in near by salons. I would understand if I wasn't getting the service again. I would love Red Nails to be my home for nails and feet but this pricing is a concern. They do not charge however to have dip removed and replaced which I don't think seems right and/or consistent. Dipping powder with French apparently is $58, which is still high for the area. read more

Horrible job. Nail trimmed unevenly. Started to remove callous then didn't finish. I guess he was too busy watching TV. When I left my feet were rough, had burrs on the skin from partial callous removal. My skin looked worse when I came in. I asked for a polish change on my 9 year old and they agreed. When I was checking out they charged me for an adult mani/pedi. $70 and I asked for a child polish change! They said they don't have a polish change for a child so they did an adult. That information should of been presented when they agreed to do a child service. These people are thieves. Of course no prices were posted and when he realized I was upset he kept upping the total after giving it to me, he refused to give me a receipt. I asked for one three times. read more

My mother had her nails on for about three months up to and during the SIP order. On a whim, I decided to drive by here to see if they were open. I saw lights on, but the neon "Open" sign wasn't in. I poked my head in and asked if they were open. I saw about five or six customers in there. I was told that they were busy (go figure...they always are for a reason). I mentioned that my 80 yo mom was in pain from the nails. Don, who was about to leave, asked me to bring her in. He put off going home to help her out. No all hero's wear capes. I recommend this place to EVERYONE. They are awesome and will surely grow. I am not related to anyone there, just proud that caring people still exist. Especially down the road from my home. I had really high hopes for this salon since I saw all the great reviews! I was sadly disappointed as a first time customer and noticed how I was treated differently than the regulars. I was trying to get to know my technician and was in the middle of my sentence when she turns to another regular customer and talks to her instead. My nails were also rushed and sadly my gel nails have started peeling after only 1 week which has never happened to me in the past couple years. :( read more

I've had probably five different people there do my nails and every one of them has been great! Some are faster than others, but I don't usually mind a little extra pampering since I'm on my feet all day for work. I could definitely go someplace closer to my house but choose to go 25 minutes away just because of how good they are! They cost a little bit more but the service to me is worth it! They do a great job on dipped manicures as well and have a vast array of color options for them! I also get pedicures there and love it! This place was highly recommended by a very good friend. I am going to start with a positive comment. My daughter's nails look amazing. The negative is that we had to wait 25 minutes after the scheduled appointment to finally get her manicure. The employee was also the receptionist and got up 3 times to answer the phone to schedule appointments and sell a gift card. Parking is not convenient. Windows by the door had spider webs with dead bugs. I could tell by seeing other clients that they are good at what they do. There is a possibility that their receptionist called in sick, however other employees could have taken turns answering the phone. He never apologized . read more

Found Red Nails through the yelp site and it had good reviews and was close by. I was very pleased with my visit. My girlfriend and I went in for manicures and pedicures a few days before my wedding.
