The hot towel was a towel that just went over the top of both legs for about fifteen seconds. It just all felt rushed and not 100%. I was in and out within 35 minutes. I also had nail polish around my toenails on my skin. When checking out the most confusing thing to me was paying for service through Venmo or with cash. There was no other option given and prices were different at check out than what is priced on the service menu. Overall, I would look elsewhere if you are in the area trying to find a place for your pedicure and manicure needs.
