The absence of massage chairs was offset by the relaxing 5 minute hot stone leg massage during the pedicure and a 2 minute back massage during the manicure. They provide a 7-day warranty for chipped or broken nails, which proved helpful for my friend, who had no trouble going back to get it redone. read more

I got the lavender pedicure for $52. There is a $3 fee for using a card also. The leg massage was fantastic and she did a great job cleaning up my nails!! There weren't any massage chairs, but the chairs were fairly comfy. No drink was offered. All products were straight out of the tear away plastic packages and instead of spacers they used paper towel, which was odd. Overall a good experience, I'm just used to something nicer for the money I spent. I will most likely go back though. read more

First making appointment was horrible which should have been a sign, called three times each time answered and put phone on counter and one time hung up. I've been a loyal customer of Fantasy Nails for about three years, regularly coming in for gel manicures, pedicures, and sometimes dip powder. For the most part, my experiences have been positive, and I've appreciated the reasonable prices. Occasionally, I noticed my nails chipped or cracked easily, but I let it slide because I figured these things happen, and I could manage with nail glue or polish removal if needed. For context, my job involves typing, and I don't engage in activities that would put heavy stress on my nails. The manicure I got before this experience held up reasonably well, though one nail did crack. At my next visit, the nail tech fixed it with what appeared to be silk wrap, which was great at first, but within a week, the fixed nail cracked again, and another nail completely broke off. I went back to have them repaired and was charged $10 for hard gel fixes. I was surprised and disappointed that the staff didn't seem apologetic or concerned about the durability issues, especially given the circumstances. While I understand add-ons cost extra, I had already spent $65 for my gel manicure, which included French tips, shaping, and two different colors. To pay even more to fix what felt like a poor-quality job was frustrating. The tech also mentioned it would be an additional $5 to add an extension to the broken nail, which I declined because I felt this should've been included as a courtesy for a loyal customer. During the repair, she filed over the cracked nail, which was quite deep and caused discomfort. Though I didn't make a fuss, it left me feeling uncared for. Unfortunately, just a week later, the same nail with the hard gel repair cracked again. At this point, I've decided to go elsewhere for my manicures. While the artistry and designs are beautiful, I highly recommend additional training to ensure nails are durable and last the expected amount of time, especially considering the prices. read more

I would not really recommend this place. Visiting from out of town and closest to the hotel. It is clean and busy so maybe one of the only places in this area. I was expecting a lot better place but oh boy was I wrong. If you're planning on getting acrylics here I don't recommend. I asked for a green basic flower nails (you can see my inspo) but instead I got a small flower with purple! They asked if I wanted to do acrylic or gel and said gel would be better but I didn't know that they weren't gonna be able to color my nail, too much miscommunications. Secondly the PRICE was outrageous. I payed 120 (dollars including the 15 dollar tip they near forced me to give them). This is about 80 dollars IMO Thirdly the place is way too disorderly. I had two girls working on my nails and it took them 30 minutes of me waiting to start doing the process, and I scheduled an appointment A WEEK BEFORE. Lastly there was hair in my nail and I have red hair so it's not mine Anyway overall won't be coming here again... there's way better places so if you're reading this don't waste your time. read more

I have been coming here for the last 2 years whenever I have a trip. I come here for dip manicure+tips. I had an appt with Joy on Thursday and when I arrived, was told that Joys prior appt had run longer so I was given a different nail tech. I was on my lunch break so I didn't think twice about waiting. I picked a peachy summery color and wasn't told that I would need 3 dip coats bc the color fades quickly. I left and was looking at my nails and they were so bulky and thick. I didn't like how it looked on my fingers as they're already thick and short. I turned back around, mind you I had left 10 minutes ago and came back. I told the ladies at the front desk that I didn't like how thick my nails were. This is when I was told that the color I picked needed 3 coats bc of the high chance the color would fade. Why wasn't this told to me when I Chose the color, only god knows. I was told my only option was having my nails shaved down to thin them out and adding new layers. I didn't want to do that as my nails were already thick. I asked them if it was possible to file down to my natural nails and redo the whole thing. I was told it would cost me an extra $20. Since I was leaving for my flight the next day, I didn't have time to go somewhere else and do them. So I got them redone by Joy, who was my original tech. She fixed my nails and only did 2 layers, which is the norm. I asked her oh isn't this color not supposed to use 2 layers and she said no it can. So I was basically lied to. I've never been to a nail salon where they charge for someone getting their nails fixed after not being satisfied with their mani. The only reason I didn't fight it is bc Joy is my girl and always does a great job with my nails. Needless to say, I will not be coming here again as I was given a very hard time when I didn't like how my nails came out. I've been here several times with no issue and wasn't given any kind of understanding. Very disappointed in how staff treated me. read more
