I took my niece for her first manicure and pedicure. She was not expecting the hot stones. The lady insisted on massaging her calfs and feet with the stones, which were hotter than expected. She said it was a very hot and uncomfortable. I wished she would have just stopped and took them away but she insisted. If it was me I would have enjoyed it but my niece is more sensitive. When she did her manicure she dug too deep on one of her fingers and cut her cuticle and it was bleeding. She put something on it but not sure if she disinfected it properly. At home I had to clean it and put neosporine and a bandaid on it so it could heal. It took 3 days to heal. That's my only negative comment. She did a good job in painting and shaping her. Ails. Where do I begin... let's start with what I asked for... the first two images are what I showed. I said I wanted a short acrylic set with no tips. The guy starts off doing a really good job filing and being gentle... until he nicks my cuticle. That's fine and all it's whatever until I notice half of my nail is bloody an hour after leaving the shop. Rewind, and he's using dip powder on my nails, I'm trusting the process maybe he had to do that to strengthen my natural nail first or whatever. Then he starts to take out the nail polish... I didn't look at my nails really until the end.... When I tell you I wanted to cry so bad. I was so excited and asked for something so simple. Also the prices online are not the same in person!!! I paid $60 for what you see in the 3rd image. FOR DIP POWDER AND GEL COLOR. I feel like im back in 2016 and followed a YouTube tutorial on nail are for 2 minutes before trying this out. NEVER GOING BACK. It was super uncomfortable and tbh the nail desk was not really clean at all. Only sanitizing they did was asking us to use hand sanitizer when we walked in... I went to this nail spa after looking at their insta page and reading the good google reviews. Boy, was I in for a surprise. I made an appointment for a pedicure and acrylics for 6:00 p.m. I was there right on time but had to wait 35 minutes before being given any service. They started with the pedicure, which costs $30 and it was the shabbiest pedicure of my life. I did not need color but I think I was in an out of the chair in under 10 minutes. They did not remove the cuticles or scrub the dead skin off properly. If I had to pay $30 for getting my toe nails cut and my feet scrubbed by a pumice stone for 2 minutes, I'd rather do it myself. They were clearly overwhelmed, busy, and understaffed yet kept on taking more walkin customers. Moving on to the manicure, my manicurist was a middle aged man, who applied the acrylic tips and left the service in the middle, passing it on to someone else who seemed liked didn't have any idea of what she was doing. i asked for a round shape and as you can see from the pictures, it's non uniform. Like wtf. Moreover the way they applied up the powder is uneven and looks like a thick coat. Overall a very shabby job. I don't mind paying more money but they clearly don't value repeat business. Called ahead on a Friday at 5 and someone was able to take me when I get there 15mins later. It was super packed and it seemed like there were many regular clients. I can see why people think they're rude because all the technicians did was talk to each other and laugh, like the entire time. At first I was put off and you can't help but think they're all making fun of you, but then I got over it and found it sort of humorous. The only hiccup I had was how fast my nails were filed. Before I could tell the technician my preference, she had went ahead and made them all square. She was clearly annoyed that I asked her to go back and make them round, but I was satisfied with the amount of coats she put on my nails because I had previously told her I was looking for as a dark of a blue as possible. I felt like she had forgiven me at that point. My gel manicure cost $20 and depending on how long the polish lasts, I'll definitely be going back This place is in a strip mall next to Dominos and across the street from the fire station. Warning: This is not my normal nail salon. This place clean for the most part. The tools that they use on your nails DO NOT come out of a sanitizer machine or liquid. The lady I saw told to pick a color and tried to take the box before I could. She then filed my nails thin that when I went to my normal nail salon the color was stained on my nails. Ill be starting with the good to bad. They did accommodate me and get me in as a walk in after I got confused with another location. However I ended up wishing they sent me away instead. For starters I showed the female nail tech a photo of a flower set asking if it was attainable to look nearly identical she repeated yes multiple times. Right away there was problems such as with the length of acrylic I said I wanted long she proceeded to cut the tips way to short and after I stated it was to short she said she thinks this was best despite my insistence. She also thought I was not in my 20s so that could be why. Proceeding forward to filing and glueing she got glue all over the tips of my finger which I left with and then cut my finger with the file not even apologizing. When she finally got to the designs after a chunky application that was crooked, the design looked nothing like I wanted I kept asking if she could do it while waiting and she said to wait. I did and then I noticed she was using wrong colors for the picture I showed she proceeded to get confused with orange and yellow and I then asked again if what I chose was doable. After some minutes of puzzled looks, I said I would switch the design to one they did for me before. Travis a second nail tech said he would take me after his client because the one I had could not do that either. A couple minutes of waiting Travis moved me over a seat to his station where there was still the previous customer nail dust and dirty tools. He placed my hand on the previous used towel and said he wanted to reshape the nails I said okay but then he made the cuts that we already caused worse and more painful I am still hurting. My nail ended up short and stubby looking the pain from the tech previous was patchy and the design are was nothing like they did before. It had bubbles was sloppy and look horrible. They took 10$ I paid a total of 105 minus 30$ of that cost which was my sister nails. I Wish I had the option to not pay nearly that because I had to get them re done somewhere else the next day!! Which I must add they said was horribly applied, and look horrendous. I now have a new beautiful set from somewhere new where they took time to actually do my nail care and not file me to injury. It saddens me to say this since I drove 45 min to T and T nails since I been coming there since I was little and got hard designs never having this problem for something that was more simple. Not only did I pay for a set I had to take off but took so much time out of my day over 4 hours for nothing!!!! read more

I really wanted to like this place. My friend comes here and gets her nails done all the time and recommend this place. I booked an appointment for myself to get a fill, my mother a pedicure and my brothers girlfriend got a pedicure. First impression when walking in the place was that it looked dirty. Nobody acknowledged that we had walked in and after saying hello and no one looking up someone yelled pick a color. So we walked over to the very small selection of colors to see what we wanted. My mom and brothers gf where told to go sit in the chairs to get a pedicure and I sat at chair 5. They lady that did my nails WOW and not even in a good way. She was so rough with my hands that I can't even imagine how she got a job working in a nail salon. I have been getting my nails done for over 6 years and never have had someone so rough. She was cutting pieces of the acrylic off that lifted with a cuticle cutter and jamming it in my nail so hard she missed my nail and stabbed her thumb and started bleeding. Her cut was so deep it took her a while to stop the bleeding. When she got back she still continued to be rough burning and cutting my skin with the sander and nail files. At this point I'm supper annoyed and just want to get out of the chair. After saying ouch and jerking my hands back so much I still don't understand how she didn't see she is hurting me. It's finally time for the color and this was just another show. I picked a turquoise color to match my toes and she had put three layers in and my nail was so thick and lumpy you can see all the brush marks in the polish and spot where you can see all the way down to the nail. I make a comment of not being happy with the nail polish since it looked like she was having a hard time getting the polish out of the bottle due to it being chunky and dried up. I told her I didn't like how that looked and she replied with it's the polish so I asked for a different polish which end up with purple which now doesn't match my toes . She seemed to have an attitude because I asked to change the color.she finally finished my nails and I'm still not happy with them. My fingers where covered with the acrylic she left from filling my nailed in that I had to pick off when she was done ( wish I took a picture to show you how much I had to pick off) I had cuts from her being so rough and my nail polish has the brush lines to top it all of some of my nails are crooked which did not look like that when I walked in. The icing on this cake was after being in the chair for over an hour I turn around to look at the pedicure section, my moms nails are done and she is happy but my brothers gf was still sitting with her feet in the water and they haven't started on her feet yet. When I called and booked the appointment they said they have two girls to do the pedicures at the same time and anther girl to do my fill. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Horrendous experience. I went to Teresa. She was rude and did a horrible gel polish job on my nails. When I asked her to fix them she began rolling her eyes and speaking in Vietnamese. She brought another girl over to vouch for her bad job - she assured me that they were good. Ummm no, they weren't. Now after the second day two nails have chipped already. They use cheap polish, close randomly and curse at their clients. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. Try Matrix Nails (right behind) instead. read more

Just left here and this was my first time. Here from the reviews I wanted to try them out. Prices are reasonable and I came just in time and they were able to take me which was great. Vivian did my nails and she did a very good job. If i needed something she would tell the price while working. She also check to make sure she wasn't hurting me which was cool. She also chose a better glitter color that would look better with the color. She did a good job and its much reasonable here than The other salon I used to go too. The salon is very clean and the customers there seem pretty friendly which I like. Froms some of the comments of people complaining about them speaking in their language most of the time who cares. Every salon does it thats how they communicate with each other. Didnt bother me at all im use to it. Lol get real ladies for those who complained lol. Vivan spoke and the other spoke english and their language so they will have a conversation with you. Didnt understand those who would complain about nail techs talking in their language like who cares. Im here to get my nails done not trying to hear their conversation lol. They will definitely get my business again for sure. I seen also some of the clients will call their techs when they are close etc which is definitely a good sign of good raport and they value their regular clients. That was good to see. I was referred here by a very good friend of mine, all to be very disappointed in the service I received. The one lady, I think Nancy is her name. I wanted a simple mani and pedi which I thought would be very relaxing getting off work but boy was I wrong!!! Nancy was very very rude and not to mention very rough while doing my pedicure. She scrubbed the bottom of my feet so hard, it blistered up a little. My manicure wasn't any better. I am truly disappointed in the service. Nancy did a horrible job overall. I was attracted to this nail salon by the pictures on here of their amazing designs. So i called them around 5pm and asked to make an appointment for acrylic nails with gel polish and they said they could take me at 7:30 which was my first red flag because they close at 7:30. The lady takes me and begins to file my naturals nails a lot which i don't like because it weakens my nails. As she was working on my nails i noticed that she was rushing. They should not be making appointments for times close to closing or their closing time, i would have understood if she said she could not take me and i would've made an appointment for the next day. As she was applying the acrylic a big chunk of it got under my nail and was stuck there and is still there she never fixed it after i told her to file it off. My thumb nails were also two different thicknesses, one was very narrow almost stiletto while the other was my desired coffin shape, when i told her to fix it she said she would when she would apply the acrylic and when she files the nails but i had to keep telling her(around 5 times) that they were still uneven and she still did not fix them all the way. My thumb nail is also very bumpy, there is a dent inside of it because she put the acrylic unevenly. The tools she used were also not clean, my other nail place sprays everything with alcohol which she did not she used the cuticle trimmer straight off her desk. One of my nails fell off the next morning and two nails lifted after a few days, i had to glue them down myself. When i went back there to tell them that the lady tried blaming me saying it was because i got my nails too long and that my nail beds are too short(which they are not) but i have gotten nails longer than these before and i never had a problem. This place is a rip off i wasted $48 on a nails that didn't last a week. read more

This was my first time coming here because I was staying up north for a couple days. The women were super friendly and help me right away. I got a fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing my feet are soft and refreshed. The full and color came out great but they are protectionists so be careful because they filled my nail down to my skin and i was there for almost 2 hours. I used to come here all the time back in the day. Not sure if they got new owners but I just recently went there for a full set that was done very sloppily. The tech made every single finger hurt with the mechanical file, surprisingly I didn't bleed every nail. The main reason I won't be back is because the tools never came out of a sanitizer machine !!
