When I picked the car up, I later realized the hood had been repaired rather than replaced, but that was never clearly explained to me. The hood still had alignment and latching issues after pickup. I was later charged an additional $400 to repaint the hood. Even after that, dents returned and the right side of the hood continues to sit uneven. After spending $3700 total, I am still dealing with the same hood problems. I expected a proper and lasting repair.
