Brought my 2013 Chevy here based on good Yelp reviews and proximity to my home. Boy was that a mistake! I was changed $1800 for front and rear breaks. I was told they would be "branded" break parts but the breaks installed by Brian's are cheap, Chinese crap - the rear drums are heavily rusted after only a month and the front calipers are pitted. Additionally, I had to bring the car back and leave it for another day to have them adjust the emergency foot break....if that repair was overlooked, I can understand that. But why did I need to be inconvenienced for their error? That's a simple fix. Bad customer service. I also asked them to check out a noise coming from front end when stopping. They said they checked it out and nothing was wrong. When the problem persisted, I brought it to another mechanic and was told the front engine mount was bad. I would NEVER bring any car to Brian's to be serviced again! These folks are terrible mechanics!! read more

Brian's Auto is the best. Their prices are the best in the area and they can repair my Ford Excursion when no when else can. Brian and Tim will go out of their way to accommodate any emergency. (My brother was visiting from PA and his car overheated and broke down. ANOTHER SHOP IN GARWOOD CHARGED $100 to replace a fuse and add coolant to his overheating car and the car broke down 10 minutes after leaving that shop! I took his car to Brian's and asked him if he could fix the car that day so my brother could get back to PA that same day. They found 1 fan not working and 1 fan failing. Brian's replaced the unit that same day and my brother got home with no problems. read more
