My 77 year old grandfather had a crack in his windshield and had called the other day to talk to someone about the repair. Today he came in and the front door was locked but both big garage doors were open, he walked into the little office not knowing what he would be met with. He walked into the office and before he could even start his sentence the man started yelling "get out out right now" and my grandad said "i'm sorry i thought ya'll were open" he was met with "GET OUT NOW OUT" and my grandad turned around to walk out and the man yelled again "OUT." It's almost like he walked into something he was not supposed to see like some sort of secretive drug deal. Do not go here, I can't believe they treated my grandfather like this, he has heart problems it's good that he didn't have a heart attack or we would be suing. read more

Kenn replaced our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee's windshield. We were headed out the next day for a month-long trip and noticed a loud buzzing from the windshield header, appearing at about 70 and getting louder with speed. Kenn sad to bring it in when we got back as there is a lifetime warranty on installations. When we took it in yesterday, he had a new windshield ready to go. Wonderful! OMG!!! This place is amazing. I had a chip in my window that quickly turned into a crack. I sent to Safelite because that is who my insurance recommended. My crack gets longer due to the weather and is now bigger then a dollar bill. It's one line but Safelite said I needed to get a whole new window. My deductible isn't low enough to cover the cost so everything would've been out of pocket! I go on the Googles and look up window repair. Scott Glass was the first name that popped up. Called and explained my crack. Went over there and they were able to repair it in 20 minutes!!!! If I could give more stars, I would. The service is fast. The employees there are honest and courteous. I definitely recommend this place!!! read more

I've been using Scott for many years and they have provided me with quality service. I couldn't be more pleased. I've used another nation wide glass company and had my windshield replace and the following morning the new windshield was cracked along the frame on the side. I was told it had a rock chip and needed to be replaced again. I couldn't find any indication of a rock chip. After further inspection on the opposite side it was cracking. Windshield was installed wrong. if I hadn't inspected myself I would have paid for another windshield. I strongly recommend Scott Glass. Independently owned!!!! read more

After our sun/moon-roof was hit by a rock, I called around to all of the windshield repair businesses in CC, and even a couple in Houston and San Antonio. Finally, I called Scott Glass in the hopes that the positive reviews here on Yelp were true. I knew within minutes of speaking with Robert on the phone that I'd be going with Scott Glass. He was very professional and I could tell he was experienced in his field by the pertinent questions he asked (a place I'd called earlier had asked for my mileage!?), and never once did I feel like he was speaking down to me (a female). Out of all the places I called, he was the only one to ask for the VIN number so he could get an accurate price for the exact piece of glass I needed. He called me back within ten minutes and gave me a quote. The actual price of the glass was less (because he knew the exact model) than anyone else had quoted (even less than the dealership in two towns!) and their rate for labor was lower than the others as well. Anyway, because it was a special order, the glass took a few days to arrive. I called on Thursday afternoon, it was installed today (Tuesday morning). I arrived at their business this morning at 10am and they had it done within half an hour! I highly recommend Scott Glass for all of your car-window/glass repair needs. They were quick, efficient, professional, and their price for labor was the best I found. I am very impressed and, although I hope I never need to, I will use them again if the need arises. read more

I had my rear window replaced at a different place in northern Texas and it wasn't sealed properly. I was near Corpus and after calling a few places and talking to the owner, I realized this place was not only knowledgable but also very competitively priced. I decided to leave it overnight, so I'm not sure how their speed of service is, but over all it shouldn't take that long to remove and reseal a window. The cure time is what is time consuming. Everything seems to be great and I'll take it to a carwash as soon as I can to make sure it's not leaking. read more

I usually don't write good reviews because I usually don't get good service. But this time was different. My side door window was broken out and I searched several sites to see who had the best reviews. All the reviews were good here so I decided to chance it. I called and set an appointment at 3 expecting to be there for hours. I arrived at 2:30 and they took my truck in at 2:45. The whole time I was waiting for the bad news to come. The customer service was great and when he came out to talk to me the job was done. They replaced the whole window in about 1 hour and 15 min. I was surprised and very satisfied. I have had both vehicles windshields replaced by Scott Glass. They did a great job on both. I must say they went over and beyond on my husbands Jeep Wrangler as the last windshield that was installed was done incorrectly. They had a hard time getting it out but they did, and they put primer on all the areas that were scratched by the previous installer who also set the windshield incorrectly. They took the time to explain everything to me and the work was exceptional. I would recommend Scott Glass to anyone who is looking for repairs or replacement. read more

Had a side window broken on my 08 Chevy PK called Scott Glass at 8:30 talked to Rocking Robert he informed me that my truck sometimes has a problem with the window regulator braking when the window breaks. When I got to the shop he even brought out a sample regulator to show me before he started working on my truck( fortunately I did not have that problem ). Robert found my window and set an appointment for that day at 1pm stated that in might take 1 1/2 - 2 hours it only took 1 1/2 hours. I watched him while he did the repairs very professional cleaned out all glass with vacuum and compressed air and lubed the window tracks.When the door panel was taking off he notice that one plug was not connected for my seat heater he asked if there was a reason I informed him no and that's why the heater does not work he fixed it for me. My claim was an insurance repair Robert handled the claim with them including getting the window tint covered. Love working with small local businesses. read more
