She really listened to what I wanted and the result came out even better than I pictured. The color is stunning and the haircut gave my hair so much volume. She was also SO sweet and even brought me coffee. She really cares about her clients being happy with the end result. I'm obsessed with how my hair turned out and I've already booked with her again. The only reason I'm knocking off one star has nothing to do with Kaihler herself, but the salon's product pricing. I purchased a hair product there for $47, then realized afterward the exact same product/size is selling for around $25 at Ulta and Amazon, and even the brand's own website has it listed for $36. Marking products up that much is pretty scammy and left a bad taste in my mouth, so I definitely wouldn't purchase products from the salon again. But overall, Kaihler herself was amazing and I'd definitely recommend booking with her!
