The top doctors at USC Medical Center told me my only option was to remove the organ completely or suffer with pain and take vicodin the rest of my life. Or at least until I'm forced to remove it because of the problems it will cause with other parts of my body.. With Dr.Lippman's instructions I have been cured. In order for an MRI to be approved you have to get insurance to request a referral, because I have an HMO and not a PPO I'm assuming. I feel bad for the two women in the office, they were both very patient and kind with me. Even the doctor himself was kind, at first. I told him I've been in pain for 4 weeks now so it's kind of a time pressing matter, and as it's Friday I didn't want to go into the weekend without the MRI. After trying to figure out paperwork and making phone calls to my insurance for about 45 min, Dr. Flyer insisted his receptionist hang up the phone and stop dealing with it. As if I wasn't standing right there to hear him and kept with insisting by yelling out of his office. Yes, I understand time should be equated to all your patients. But it was my first time in your office, you didn't address me directly but made me feel like a by stander who you didn't give a F about, excuse my language. I'm a young, healthy 34 year old woman. I just needed some help from my health care provider that was assigned to me. Well good luck with that. You won't see me back in that office ever again.
