Now they're threatening to send me to collections over this but nobody will answer the phone to allow me to make a payment that I shouldn't have to pay in the first place. He would interrupt me often, always pushed me out the door immediately. He did not pay attention to my concerns while with him.He would prescribe a medication and send me on my way. He never returns phone calls.There is a fee for them to refill a prescription, which I find appalling!. There is a fee for every tiny thing. What kind of provider does that?!?! Eventually Dr Montes passed me on to a new counselor in the office (Miguel)He told me about his life and his problems and didn't listen to mine.He would fall asleep during our sessions. He eventually told me he couldn't help me and I would need a new provider and offered no explanation. Office staff are rude and treat you as if you're contagious. I have witnessed inappropriate interactions between staff. This is not a place that is at all concerned with your mental health. If anything, they make it worse.

He told me not to worry, but didn't answer my question. On a bad day, Dr. D'Souza is aggressive and profane. In my last visit, he cussed at me and his secretary, a behavior most unfitting for a "professional." In general, he seemed in a tizzy, drowning me out to yell about things quite unrelated to me or my appointment. I would approach Anthony D'Souza as a psychiatrist of last resort. He is unhelpful, uncaring, rude, and you're probably in better hands with anyone else available to you.
