Walmart pretends to care about their customers when they truly do not. When you call Walmart's main office either you can't get through or they pass the buck and do not uphold integrity. This recently happened to us. We will now take it a step further to include actions through BBB, the Trade Council, and speaking to a lawyer. Walmart is charging their customers to walk 10 feet into the store and pick up oil they choose not to stock in their automotive department. They double the price of their posted oil change to do this. When we called them on this the manager chose to give a recorded statement to confirm that this is their policy. They did take the charges off when called on it, however, they then told us they would not honor any warranty previously purchased, kicked the customer out of the store, and turned his name into the police banning him as a customer from all stores. What was this for? I recorded the transaction and the fact that Matt was not doing anything wrong.

Granted, I don't do this often, but I don't think inflation has been running at 30% for the last few years! I recently took more than a dozen ties to be dry cleaned there and almost passed out when I saw the bill. contrary to expectations they charge a ridiculous $5 a tie for dry cleaning.
