We also shared a few drinks throughout the meal, the tiramisu martini, the lemon meringue, gardens of Augustus, and the10 year tawny, everything was amazing, though we're definitely coming back for the tiramisu martinis! Instead of being apologetic or acknowledging the issue, the response felt more like, "Okay, so what do you want?" which came across as a bit abrasive and dismissive. They did still charge us for our appetizer and drinks (one cocktail and a soda), which felt a bit off given the situation. It wasn't necessarily about the cost, but more about the lack of effort to make things right, it just didn't feel like there was much care in how the situation was handled. And it was a big portion. The garlic knots were delicious. I'm glad we finally got to try this place but it's not on the top of our best Italian restaurants in the area.
